تأثیر کمآبی خفیف بر توجه انتخابی و مداوم
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر کمآبی خفیف بر توجه انتخابی و مداوم بود. پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی و بر روی 22 دانشجوی دختر (21/2 ± 23/21) انجام گرفت. آزمودنیها بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و تحت سه شرایط پایه، پرآب و کمآب قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندگان در حالت پایه، هیچگونه فعالیتبدنی نداشتند اما در شرایط پرآب و کمآب برنامة 60 دقیقهای پیادهروی بر روی تردمیل و دوچرخه را اجرا نمودند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل آزمون استروپ و عملکرد پیوسته نسخة چهار بودند که برای سنجش توجهانتخابی و مداوم استفاده شدند. جهت تحلیل آماری از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان داد میانگین نمرات توجهانتخابی و مداوم در حالت پایه نسبتبه کمآب و در حالت پرآب نسبتبه کمآب بهطور معناداری بهتر بود و کمآبی خفیف منجر به اختلال در توجهانتخابی و مداوم شد. لذا توجه به حالت هیدراتة مطلوب در زمان انجام فعالیتبدنی ضروری میباشد.

اثر آموزش نوروفیدبک بر تعادل و زمان واکنش ورزشکاران دوومیدانی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر آموزش نوروفیدبک بر تعادل و زمان واکنش ورزشکاران رشته دوومیدانی میباشد. 48 ورزشکار دوومیدانی در هر دو جنس بهصورت داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. مطالعه بهصورت دو سو کور با چهار گروه آزمایشییک، دو، کنترل و تمرینات ساختگی انجام شد. در گروه آزمایشی یک در ناحیة اُ یک و اُ دو امواج چهار تا هفت هرتز بازداری و 15-18هرتز تقویتشدند و گروه آزمایشیدو در ناحیة سیزد و افزد با موج بتا یک در 12 جلسة 15 دقیقهای تقویتشدند. نتایج تغییر معناداری در کاهش زمان واکنش انتخابی و بهبود تعادل گروههای آزمایشی نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده، آموزش نوروفیدبک را میتوان برای بهبود برخی از تواناییهای ادراکی حرکتی ورزشکاران، مانند تعادل و زمان واکنش بهکار برد.

اثر فواصل کانون توجه بیرونی و راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر عملکرد چرخ تیز و چرخ چمنی باستانیکاران
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر فواصل مختلف کانون توجه بیرونی و تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر عملکرد چرخ تیز و چرخ چمنی باستانیکاران غیر نخبه بود. باستانیکاران بر اساس نوع چرخ (تیز و چمنی) و نوع راهبرد های تنظیم شناختی هیجان (انطباقی و غیرانطباقی) به چهار گروه تقسیم شدند.آزمودنیهای هرگروه به روش همتراز شده متقابل در سه شرایط کنترل، کانون توجه بیرونی نزدیک و دور به اجرای چرخ باستانی پرداختند. هر آزمودنی در هر یک از شرایط کانونتوجه، دو کوشش را با فاصله یک روز استراحت انجام داد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد باستانیکاران چرخ تیز و چمنی در شرایط کانون توجه بیرونی دور بهترین عملکرد را داشتهاند، و اتخاذ راهبردهای انطباقی و غیرانطباقی تنظیم شناختی هیجان تاثیری برعملکرد آنان نداشته است.

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعۀ ارتباط انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی و رضایتمندی ورزشکاران رشتههای منتخب ورزشی شهر کامیاران بود. 265 نفر از ورزشکاران چهار رشتۀ تیمی (فوتبال، والیبال، بسکتبال و هندبال) و دو رشتۀ انفرادی (کونگفو و تکواندو) بهصورت نمونهگیری تصادفی- طبقهای انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامههای انگیزۀ مشارکت ورزشی گیل و همکاران (1983) و رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ریمر و چلادورای (1998) را تکمیل کردند. نتایج نشان داد بین مؤلفههای انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی و رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد و مؤلفۀ عوامل موقعیتی از میان مؤلفههای انگیزة مشارکت ورزشی بهطور معناداری تغییرات مربوط به رضایتمندی ورزشکاران را پیشبینی میکند. لذا توجه به مباحث مرتبط با عوامل موقعیتی شامل نقش والدین و دوستان ورزشکار در ادامۀ فعالیت ورزشی، نقش مربی جهت ایجاد روابط دوستانه و استفاده از وسایل ورزشی توسط مربیان و دستاندرکاران ورزش ضروری بهنظر میرسد.

ارتباط کمالگرایی ورزشی و انگیزۀ پیشرفت با موفقیت ورزشی: مطالعۀ موردی ورزشکاران رشته کبدی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعۀ رابطۀ کمالگرایی ورزشی و انگیزۀ پیشرفت با موفقیت ورزشی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی ورزشکاران شرکتکننده در لیگ برتر کبدی بود که به صورت تصادفی 144 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. نتایج آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشانداد بین کمالگرایی مثبت و انگیزۀ پیشرفت با موفقیت ورزشی همبستگی به صورت مثبت معنادار و بین ابعاد منفی کمالگرایی و موفقیت ورزشی همبستگی به صورت منفی معنادار میباشد. آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون نشانداد که کمالگرایی میزان 51 و انگیزۀ پیشرفت 48 درصد از تغییرات موفقیت ورزشی را تبیین میکند. در نهایت میتوان گفت به منظور دستیابی به موفقیت، همواره ورزشکار نیازمند به حفظ سطح مطلوبی از کمالگرایی بوده و انگیزۀ لازم میتواند به عنوان یک نیروی پیشبرنده در جهت دستیابی به اوج عملکرد مثمر ثمر باشد.

مقایسه تأثیر روشهای نوروفیدبک کاهش آلفا و افزایش تتا بر یادگیری تکلیف تعقیبی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر دو نوع پروتکل نوروفیدبک بر یادگیری مهارت حرکتیتعقیبی انجام شد. بدینمنظور 42 نفر در قالب سه گروه "کاهشآلفا"، "افزایشتتا" و کنترل قرار گرفتند. در گروه " کاهشآلفا"، هدف کاهش دامنة آلفا در منطقه قشر حرکتی قبل از شروع تمرین مهارت و در گروه " افزایشتتا" هدف افزایش دامنة تتا در منطقه آهیانهای بلافاصله بعد از اتمام تمرین مهارت بود. سپس افراد در آزمونهای یادداری با وقفههای 90 دقیقه، 24 ساعت و یک هفته بعد شرکت نمودند. نتایج نشان داد در آزمون یادداری اول گروه "کاهشآلفا" عملکرد بهتری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشت. هرچند این برتری در آزمونهای یادداری دوم و سوم معنادار نبود. یافتههای حاضر نشان میدهند با بازداری آلفا و متعاقب آن افزایش تحریک پذیری در منطقه قشر حرکتی میتوان آثار مفیدی در یادگیری یک مهارت حرکتی ایجاد نمود هر چند پایداری این اثر در طول زمان نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری دارد.

تأثیر انگیزهها و ادراک موفقیت بر تداوم فعالیت های ورزشی چالشبرانگیز
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر انگیزهها و ادراک موفقیت بر تداوم فعالیت ورزشی چالشبرانگیز در ورزشکاران رکورددار بود. حرکات ورزشی چالشی به فعالیتهای بدنی عجیب، غیرمعمول و رقابتی که الزاماً جزء رشتههای ورزشی رسمی هم نیستند، گفته میشود. برای این پژوهش از جامعۀ 150 نفری ورزشکاران رکورددار، 111 نفر پرسشنامههای انگیزههای ورزشی گیل و همکاران (۱۹۸۳)، ادراک موفقیت رابرتز و همکاران (۱۹۹۸) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته تداوم فعالیت ورزشی را تکمیل نمودند. دادههای جمعآوریشده از پرسشنامهها با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی تحلیل شد و مناسب بودن شاخصهای برازش مدلهای اندازهگیری تأیید شد. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر ادراک موفقیت بر تداوم فعالیت در افراد رکورددار بیشتر از انگیزهها است و این دو متغیر توانستهاند ۴۴٫۸ درصد از واریانس تداوم فعالیت ورزشی را تبیین نمایند. تأثیر بیشتر ادراک موفقیت میتواند کاربرد وسیعی برای برنامه ریزان فعالیتهای ورزشی داشته باشد.

ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ خودگفتاری در ورزش
هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر تعیین روایی و پایایی نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ خودگفتاری در ورزش بود. بدین منظور، 209 ورزشکار رشتههای انفرادی و تیمی مختلف پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری به منظور تعیین روایی سازه استفاده شد. همسانی درونی و پایایی زمانی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب همبستگی درونطبقهای موردارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد ساختار دوعاملی خودگفتاری(شناختی و انگیزشی) از برازش خوبی برخوردار است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب همبستگی درونطبقهای بالاتر از مقدار 81/0 بود، که نشاندهنده همسانی درونی و ثبات زمانی پرسشنامه است. بنابراین، نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ خودگفتاری در ورزش را میتوان به عنوان یک ابزار روا و پایا برای اندازهگیری کارکردهای خودگفتاری در ورزشکاران ایرانی مورداستفاده قرار داد.

اثر رویکرد معلم- محور و جوّ انگیزشی تبحرگرا بر عزّتنفس و مهارتهای حرکتی بنیادی کودکان
هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثر برنامۀ مداخلهای با دو رویکرد جوّ انگیزشی تبحرگرا و معلم- محور بر عزّتنفس و مهارتهای حرکتی بنیادی کودکان هشت تا ده سال بود. تعداد 60 نفر دانش آموز دختر و پسر دبستانی به شکل تصادفی به گروههای جوّ انگیزشی تبحرگرا، معلم– محور و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامۀ مداخله شامل 24 جلسه آموزش مهارتهای حرکتی بنیادی طی یک دورة 12 هفتهای بود. نتایج نشان داد در پس آزمون، سطح مهارتهای حرکتی بنیادی و عزّتنفس دو گروه مداخله برتر از گروه شاهد بوده و گروه جوّ انگیزشی تبحرگرا نیز برتر از گروه معلم -محور بود . میتوان نتیجه گرفت برنامههای مداخلهای با رویکرد جوّ انگیزشی تبحر، عزّتنفس کودکان را افزایش داده و با تسهیل مشارکت کودکان در فعالیت بدنی و ورزش، تبحر حرکتی آنها را بالا میبرد.
