چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف رواسازی نسخة فارسی "سیاهة اعتیاد به تمرین- فرم کوتاه" طراحی شد. جامعة آماری، ورزشکاران باشگاه‌های برتر شهر اراک در سال 1392 بود که از بین آن ها 286 نفر بهطور تصادفی انتخاب‌شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با پرسشنامة مشخصات فردی و "سیاهة اعتیاد به تمرین" انجام شد. پس از ترجمة پرسشنامه، روایی محتوایی توسط متخصصان علوم ورزشی تأیید و نسخة نهایی آن تدوین شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به استخراج دو عامل منجر شد که 58 درصد واریانس را تبیین کردند. عامل 1 و 2 بهترتیب "اهمیت و برجستهبودن نقش تمرین" و "پیامدهای روانشناختی تمرین" نامیده شدند. آزمون مجدد همبستگی 72/0 تا 85/0، آلفای کرونباخ همبستگی 80/0 تا 82/0، پایایی درون‌طبقه‌ای همبستگی 85/0 و پایایی دو نیمه‌کردن همبستگی 78/0 را نشان داد. بنابراین، نسخة فارسی "سیاهة اعتیاد به تمرین-فرم کوتاه" ابزاری روا و پایا برای اهداف ورزشی، آموزشی ـ پژوهشی و بالینی است.

Translation and Psychometric Properties of Persian Version of "Exercise Addiction Inventory-Short Form"

The study design to validate Persian translated of "Exercise Addiction Inventory-Short Form". Statistics population was premier athletes of Arak's clubs in year 1392 from which 286 persons selected randomly. Data collected by demographic charachtristics and "Exercise Addiction Inventory-Short Form" questionnaire. After translation of the Inventory, content validity confirmed by 5 physical education experts, and final Persian version developed. Confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Choronbach's alpha used to analysis of data. Confirmatory factor analysis resulted in 2 factor extraction that explained 58% of variance. Factors 1 and 2 named "importance and salience of exercise role" and "psychological outcomes of exercise", respectively. Test-retest correlation 0.72 to 0.85, Choronbach's alpha 0.80 to 0.82, interclass reliability 0.85 and split-half reliability was 0.78. According these results, Persian translated of "Exercise Addiction Inventory-Short Form" is a valid and reliable tool for sport, educational, research and clinical purposes.
