چکیده
بهطور فزاینده‌ای مورد توجه روان‌شناسان مدیریتی قرار گرفته است. با این حال، اهمیت هوش معنوی در محیط‌های ورزشی از طرفی و همچنین نبود ابزاری برای سنجش جایگاه هوش معنوی در محیط‌های ورزشی از طرف دیگر، ضرورت بررسی محیط معنوی ورزش باستانی و چگونگی تأثیر آن را بر کارآیی و عملکرد ورزشکاران روشن می‌کند. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری آن تمامی باستانیکاران (1100N=) شهرستان یزد در سال 1390 بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند (186n=). ابزار اندازهگیری داده‌ها، پرسشنامۀ استاندارد هوش معنوی هیلدبرانت (2011) با چهار مؤلفۀ تفکر انتقادی وجودی، تولید معنی شخصی، آگاهی و توسعۀ حالت آگاهی سنجیده شد. یافته‌های آزمون آماری استنباطی PLS نشان داد بین تمام مؤلفه‌ها (تفکر انتقادی وجودی، تولید معنی شخصی، آگاهی و توسعۀ حالت آگاهی) ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری در سطح 01/0 برقرار است که نشاندهندۀ ارتباط ساختاری بسیار زیاد هر یک از مؤلفه‌هاست. نتایج آمارۀ AVE نشان داد از میان عوامل اثرگذار بر هوش معنوی، تفکر انتقادی وجودی و توسعۀ حالت آگاهی بیشترین توان تبیین واریانس هوش معنوی را داشتند. همچنین بر اساس مدل مستخرج، مجذور همبستگی تبیینشدۀ عوامل اثرگذار بر سازۀ هوش معنوی (958/0 R2:) بهدست آمد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت با تقویت یکی از ابعاد وجودی ورزشکاران، مثل بعد جسمانی، می‌توان ابعاد دیگر همچون بعد آگاهی یا توسعۀ حالات شخصی از بعد معنوی آن‌ها را تقویت کرد و در نهایت، سبب ارتقای سطح جسمانی و روان‌شناختی ورزشکاران شد

Structural Model of Factors Influencing the Spiritual Intelligence of the Zorkhaneh Athletes

The psychology of religion and spiritual issues in the past two decades has increasingly focused on industrial psychology. However, the importance of spiritual intelligence in the sport areas and the lack of an instrument to measure the position of spiritual intelligence in the sports environment on the other hand, clarify the necessity of the spiritual heritage and how it affects sports performance of athletes. The study of the correlation is descriptive. Statistic of all the zorkhaneh athletes (N =1100) city of Yazd in 1390 who were randomly selected samples were measured (n =186). Measuring data - questionnaire standardized spiritual intelligence of Hildebrant(2011) with four components, Critical Existential Thinking, Personal Meaning Production, Transcendental Awareness, and Conscious State Expansion that ultimately have using with the PLS statistical method analyzed. Results showed that among all the components (Critical Existential Thinking, Personal Meaning Production, Transcendental Awareness, and Conscious State Expansion) was a significant and positive correlation in level 0/01, which shows the strong structural relationship of each component. The results of AVE statistic showed that, for expression the prediction levels of each component, to express each variance component structures (spiritual intelligence) covering among the influencing factors of spiritual intelligence, Critical Existential Thinking and Conscious State Expansion have a although the highest state of consciousness can be explained by the variance of spiritual intelligence. Also according to the extraction model, the squared correlation explained by structural factors on spiritual intelligence (R2: 0.958) was obtained, which indicates a very good predictor of spiritual intelligence components. Finally According to the results, with develop the structural aspects of spiritual intelligence in ancient such as physically aspect, could go to improve the other aspects, such as the states of awareness and Conscious State Expansion of its spiritual dimension and ultimately lead to develop the level of physical and psychological of athletes.
