چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر سرسختی ذهنی بر شادکامی و عملکرد ورزشی دانشجویان دختر فوتسالیست در مسابقات قهرمانی دانشگاه­های ایران بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیة بازیکنان تیم­های شرکت­کننده در مسابقات فوتسال دانشجویان دختر دانشگاه­های سراسر کشور تشکیل دادند (تعداد 168 نفر) که نمونه­گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد. داده­ها به کمک روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و آزمون سوبل تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که سرسختی ذهنی اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر شادکامی و عملکرد ورزشی دارد؛ همچنین شادکامی بر عملکرد ورزشی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. در نهایت نتایح حاصل از بررسی نقش متغیر میانجی نشان داد که سرسختی ذهنی به واسطه شادکامی بر عملکرد ورزشی تأثیر معناداری دارد. با توجه به یافته­های پژوهش حاضر به مسئولان و مربیان تیم­های دانشجویی توصیه می­شود از نقش مهارت­های روان­شناختی در کسب نتایج مطلوب غافل نشوند و در راستای بهبود عملکرد ورزشی از آموزش و تمرین این مهارت‌ها بهره گیرند.

چکیده [English]

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of Mental Hardinesson Happiness and Sport Performance among Futsal Player Female Students In the championship of Iran universities. The population of this study consisted all players of teams that participated in the Women Futsal Championships of Universities Across the country (168 people) that Method of sampling was the census. The data analyzed by method of Partial Least Square and Sobel test. Findings indicated that Mental Hardinesshas a direct and significant impact on Happiness and Sport Performance. Also the Happiness has a positive and significant impact on Sport Performance. Finally, the results of studying the role of mediator variable showed that Mental Hardinesshas an indirect and significant impact on Sport Performance through Happiness. According to the findings, suggested to the Student teams' officials and coaches, do not neglect the role of psychological skills in achieving the desired results and to improve their athletic performance by training and practicing these skills.
