چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی نقش کمالگرایی و امید در پیشبینی انگیزۀ ورزشی در دانشجویان بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید رجایی و نمونۀ آماری 282 نفر (132 زن و 150 مرد) بود که به روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه­های چند بعدی کمال‌گرایی تهران، امیدواری و انگیزۀ مشارکت ورزشیاستفاده شد. فرضیه­ها با استفاده از رگرسیون چند متغیری آزمون شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین کمالگرایی و امید با انگیزۀ ورزشی رابطۀ مثبت وجود دارد. از بین متغیرهای کمالگرایی و امید، تنها کمالگرایی قادر است 6 درصد از واریانس انگیزۀ ورزشی را تبیین نماید. از بین مؤلفه­های کمالگرایی، کمالگرایی خویشتن­مدار توانسته است 8 درصد واریانس را توضیح دهد. همچنین مؤلفه تفکر عاملی امید می­تواند 3 درصد تغییرات انگیزۀ ورزشی را تبیین نماید. نتایج میتواند در پیشبینی انگیزۀ ورزشی در دانشجویان استفاده شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify the role of perfectionism and hope in predicting the sport motivation in students. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the students was Shahid Rajaee University and 282 participants (132 males and 150 males) were selected through stratified random sampling method. To measure the variables, multidimensional questionnaire of Tehran's perfectionism, Hopefulness and Sport Participation Motivation Questionnaire were used. Hypotheses were tested using multivariable regression. The results showed that there was positive relationship between perfectionism and sport-based hope. Among the variables of perfectionism and hope, only perfectionism can explain 6% of the variance of sport motivation. Among the components of perfectionism, self –oriented has been able to explain 8% of variance. Also, agency thinking component of hope can explain 3% of the sport's motivational changes. Results can be used to predict the student's motivation.
