چکیده

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی تصویرسازی هیپنوتیزمی، بر مهارت‌های ذهنی ورزشکاران رشته قایقرانی هیات استان تهران بود. روش این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی که از طرح پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش، شامل قایقرانان هیات استان تهران در سال 1400 بود. با توجه به ماهیت نیمه آزمایشی بودن پژوهش، نمونة پژوهش شامل 30 نفر(17 نفر خانم و 13 نفر آقا) از قایقرانان بود که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه، گواه (15 نفر، شامل هشت نفر خانم و هفت نفر آقا) و آزمایش (15 نفر، شامل نه نفر خانم و شش نفر آقا) قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش به ‌منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه مهارت‌های ذهنی امست-3، استفاده شد. همچنین به منظور بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره و چند‌متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تصویرسازی هیپنوتیزمی بر مهارت‌های ذهنی ورزشکاران تأثیر دارد و منجر به بهبود مهارت‌های ذهنی ورزشکاران می‌شود. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش‌ می‌توان گفت که یکی از روش های مؤثر در بهبود مهارت‌های ذهنی ورزشکاران رشته قایقرانی، تصویرسازی هیپنوتیزمی است.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see how beneficial hypnotic imagery was on the mental skills of rowing athletes in Tehran province. This study used a developed a semi-experimental approach with a repeated measures design and a control group. Tehran Province's boatmen were included in the study's statistical population in 2021. Due to the semi-experimental aspect of the study, the sample included 30 sailors (17 females and 13 males) who were randomly divided into two groups: A. control (15 people, including eight women and seven men) and B: experimental (15 people, including eight women and seven men) (15 people, including nine women and six men) The Mental Skills Questionnaire (OMSAT-3) was applied in this experiment. The study hypotheses were tested using univariate and multivariate covariance analyses. Data research revealed that hypnotic imagery has an advantage on athletes' mental skills and has resulted in better athletes' mental skills. According to the findings of this study, hypnotic imagery is an excellent way for boosting the mental skills of rowing athletes.
