چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش تعدیل‌کنندة بیش­تمرینی در رابطة کمال‌گرایی با خستگی و فرسودگی ورزشی در ورزشکاران حرفه­ای بود. نمونة آماری شامل 200 نفر از ورزشکاران حرفه­ای در رشته­های مختلف ورزشی بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین کمال‌گرایی مثبت با خستگی و فرسودگی ورزشی در ورزشکاران حرفه­ای رابطة منفی و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین، بین کمال‌گرایی منفی با خستگی و فرسودگی ورزشی رابطة مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت، رابطة مثبت و معناداری نیز بین بیش­تمرینی ادراک­شده با خستگی ورزشی و فرسودگی ورزشی در ورزشکاران حرفه­ای به دست آمد. براساس نتایج مطالعة حاضر نقش تعدیل­کنندة بیش­تمرینی ادراک شده در رابطة کمال‌گرایی با خستگی و فرسودگی ورزشی تأیید شد.

Moderator Role of Perceived Overtraining on Relationship between Perfectionism with Fatigue and Sport Burnout in Elite Athletes

چکیده [English]

The main purpose of present study was to investigate the moderator role of  percieved overtraining on relationship between perfectionism with fatigue and sport burnout in elite athletes. The statistical sample was 200 elite athletes from different sport fields. Results showed that there are the significant and negative correlation between positive perfectionism with sport fatigue and sport burnout. Also, there are the significant and positive correlation between negative perfectionism with sport fatigue and sport burnout. Finaly, there are the significant and positive correlation between percieved overtraining with sport fatigue and sport burnout in elite athletes. Based on peresent research results, the moderator role of percieved overtraining was confirmed on relationship between perfectionism with sport fatigue and sport burnout.
