چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه مقایسة کیفیت خواب و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی در کارکنان بیمارستان با ریتم سیرکادین و سطوح فعالیت بدنی متفاوت بود. این مطالعه از نوع علی- مقایسه ای است. 180 کارمند زن شاغل در 4 بیمارستان بزرگ تهران با روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف انتخاب شدند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس دوعاملی نشان داد تفاوت معنادار بین کیفیت خواب و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی کارکنان با سطوح فعالیت بدنی پایین، متوسط و بالا با شیفت های کاری ثابت و چرخشی وجود دارد و کارمندان ورزشکار با شیفت کاری ثابت کیفیت خواب و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی بهتری نسبت به دیگر کارمندان دارند. همچنین کارمندان با سطح فعالیت بدنی بالا و شیفت کاری ثابت کیفیت خواب بهتری نسبت به کارمندان با شیفت کاری چرخشی و سطح فعالیت بدنی پایین و متوسط داشتند. توصیه می­شود مدیران بخش سلامت تا حد امکان برنامه‌های مداخله ای مبتنی بر فعالیت بدنی را در جهت پیشگری یا کاهش مشکلات خواب و مشکلات روانی کارکنان طراحی کنند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare sleep quality and psychological well-being in hospital staff with different levels of physical activity and circadian rhythms. This is an ex-post facto study. 180 female employees working in 4 main hospitals in Tehran were selected using Purposive sampling. Results of two-factor analysis of variance showed that there are Significant differences between sleep quality and psychological well-being of employees and level of low, moderate and high physical activity with fixed and rotating shifts and employees athlete with fixed  shift were sleep quality and psychological well-being better than other employees. Also, employees with high physical activity level and fixed shift were better sleep quality than rotating shift employees with low and moderate levels of physical activity. Is recommended for health managers design intervention programs based on physical activity to for the prevention or reduction of sleep problems and psychological problems Staff.
