چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسة فضای انگیزشی ادراک شده ورزشکاران زن و مرد ورشته­های ورزشی تیمی بود. 269 نفر از ورزشکاران دوازدهمین المپیاد ورزشی نسخۀ دوم پرسش­نامۀ فضای انگیزشی ادراک شده در ورزش را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره بین ورزشکاران زن و مرد تنها در خرده مقیاس مجازات برای پیشرفت در بُعد فضای خودمحور تفاوت معناداری نشان داد و بین تیم­های والیبال، بسکتبال و فوتبال در بُعد تکلیف­محور و دو خرده­مقیاس نقش مهم و یادگیری مشارکتی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد. می­توان گفت مقیاس­های بررسی شده از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر سطح آمادگی روانی ورزشکاران بوده و به مربیان و روان شناسان ورزشی پیشنهاد می­شود، فضای حاکم بر تیم­های ورزشی را با توجه به جنسیت و نوع رشته ورزشی به عنوان یکی از عوامل کارآمد بر عملکرد ورزشی در نظر داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to compare the perceived motivational climate among male and female athletes in team sports. The athletes 269 from 12th Iranian student sport Olympia completed the PMCSQ-2 questionnaire. The MANOVA analysis showed significant difference between men and women in self-punishment in ego-orientation dimension and also, showed significant difference between the three different teams in self-oriented dimensions and in important role & cooperative learning subscales. It can be said that studied scales were the factors that influence the psychological preparation and suggested that coaches and sport psychologists, consider to climate in sports teams according to gender and sport as one of the effective factors on sports performance .
