چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطۀ علی رهبری موثق و عملکرد تیمی با توجه به نقش میانجی سرمایة روان‌شناختی در فوتسالیست‌های منطقۀ آزاد چابهار بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ هم‌بستگی بوده و به روش تحلیل مسیر انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیۀ فوتسالیست‌های منطقۀ آزاد چابهار که در مسابقات این منطقه شرکت داشتند، تشکیل دادند. شایان‌ذکر است که داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد رهبری موثق، سرمایةروان‌شناختی و عملکرد تیمی گردآوری شد و در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد) و ‌استنباطی (ضریب هم‌بستگی پیرسون، تحلیل مسیر و آزمون سوبل) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس و لیزرل تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین رهبری موثق و عملکرد تیمی ـ هم به‌صورت مستقیم و هم به‌صورت غیرمستقیم ـ از طریق سرمایةروان‌شناختی رابطه وجود دارد. در‌حقیقت، مربیان تیم‌ها می‌توانند با ایجاد زمینۀ مناسب برای رهبری و سرمایة روان‌شناختی، شاهد عملکرد خوبی باشند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to Survey the causal relationship between the authentic leadership and team performance, with mediating role of psychological capital of Chabahar’s futsal players. The research method was descriptive – correlative and it is done by path analysis. The statistical population consisted of all Futsal players of Chabahar Free Zone’s competitions. The research data were collected by using standard questionnaires of authentic leadership, psychological capital and team performance. Data was analyzed by using SPSS and Lisrel softwares at two steps, descriptive (mean, standard deviation and percentage) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, path analysis, Sobel test). The results showed a significant direct relation between authentic leadership and team performance and indirect relation through psychological capital. In fact, coaches can see a good performance by creating right background for leadership and psychological capital.
