ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ انسجام ورزشی کودکان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین روایی و پایایی نسخة فارسی پرسشنامۀ انسجام ورزشی کودکان میباشد. بدین منظور، 160 کودک ورزشکار که میانگین سنی آنها 9/10 سال بود، بهعنوان نمونۀ پژوهش در نظر گرفته شدند و نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ انسجام ورزشی کودکان را، تکمیل کردند. نتایج با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آمار استباطی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی حاکی از آن است که میزان شاخص نیکویی برازش 93/0 و میزان شاخص نیکویی برازش تطبیقی 97/0 میباشد که در این پرسشنامه، 2 عامل و در هر عامل، 7 سؤال مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. علاوهبراین، نتایج ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب همبستگی درونطبقهای نشان داد که پرسشنامۀ انسجام گروهی کودکان، دارای ثبات پاسخ درونی و زمانی مناسبی میباشد؛ بنابراین، پژوهشگران قادر خواهند بود از نسخۀ فارسی پرسشنامۀ انسجام ورزشی کودکان بهعنوان ابزاری روا و پایا در جهت سنجش انسجام گروهی آنها استفاده نمایند.

ارتباط بین قابلیت تصویرسازی ذهنی با حس حرکت دختران ورزشکار و غیرورزشکار
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ارتباط بین قابلیت تصویرسازی ذهنی با حس حرکت دختران ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار میباشد. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را دانشآموزان دختر 8 تا 11 سال، 12 تا 15 سال و دانشجویان 20 تا 23 سال تشکیل دادند و نمونۀ آماری نیز شامل 20 نفر ورزشکار و 20 نفر غیرورزشکار از هر ردۀ سنی (120نفر) بود که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامۀ وضوح تصویرسازی حرکت 2، پرسشنامۀ دست برتر چاپمن، آزمون تنظیم زاویۀ دست برتر بهرامی و پرسشنامۀ جمعیتشناختی بودند. یافتهها نشان دادند که همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بین قابلیت تصویرسازی ذهنی و خطای حس حرکت دختران ورزشکار و غیرورزشکار 12 تا 15 سال و 20 تا 23 سال وجود دارد؛ اما، این ارتباط برای دختران ورزشکار و غیرورزشکار 8 تا 11 سال معنادار نمیباشد. ازسویدیگر، قابلیت تصویرسازی ذهنی میتواند خطای حس حرکت ورزشکاران و غیرورزشکاران را پیشبینی کند. براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر پیشنهاد میشود که این سازه توسط مشاوران روانشناختی و پژوهشگران در درمانها و مطالعات بعدی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

نقش کمال گرایی ورزشی در ابعاد سلامت روانشناختی و موفقیت ورزشی ورزشکاران نخبه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقشکمالگرایی ورزشی در ابعاد سلامت روانشناختی و موفقیت ورزشی ورزشکاران میباشد. نمونهای 385 نفری (285 مرد و 100 زن) که بهروش تصادفی خوشهای از بین ورزشکاران نخبه انتخاب شده بودند مقیاس کمالگرایی چندبعدی ورزشی-2، مقیاس سلامت روان، و مقیاس موفقیت ورزشی را تکمیل نمودند. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد معیارهای شخصی و سازماندهی با بهزیستی روانشناختی و موفقیت ورزشی همسبتگی ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و معناداری دارند. همچنین، نگرانی نسبت به اشتباهات و تردید به اعمال، با درماندگی روانشناختی همبستگی مثبتی دارند؛ اما، با موفقیت ورزشی همبستگی منفی و معناداری را نشان دادند. کمالگرایی ورزشی نیز تغییرات مربوط به ابعاد سلامت روانشناختی و موفقیت ورزشی ورزشکاران را پیشبینی کرد. یافتههای دیگر پژوهش نشان داد که ورزشکاران مرد نسبت به ورزشکاران زن نمرۀ درماندگی روانشناختی کمتری دارند. بهطورکلی، نتایج حاکی از نیاز به حفظ حد مطلوب کمالگرایی ورزشی برای دستیابی به اوج عملکرد ورزشکاران میباشد.

تاًثیر سطوح متفاوت فعالیت جسمانی بر عملکرد شناختی و کیفیت زندگی در سالمندان دارای اختلال خواب
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاًثیر سطوح متفاوت فعالیت جسمانی بر عملکرد شناختی و کیفیت زندگی در سالمندان دارای اختلال خواب میباشد. این پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون بود. آزمودنیها شامل 100 سالمند دارای اختلال خواب با دامنۀ سنی 60 تا 80 سال بودند که در 5 گروه تمرین هوازی با شدت کم، متوسط، بالا، خیلی بالا و گروه غیرفعال قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی ها پرسشنامههای کیفیت زندگی، عملکرد شناختی و اختلال خواب را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازههایتکراری نشان داد گروه تمرین با شدت پایین، متوسط و بالا، دارای میانگین نمرات بیشتری در کیفیت زندگی و عملکرد شناختی نسبت به گروههای دیگر بودند (0.05P<). یافتههای این پژوهش، اهمیت ورزش هوازی پیادهروی بر کیفیت زندگی و عملکرد شناختی سالمندان دارای اختلال خواب را نشان میدهد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین مهارتهای روانی بر سختکوشی روانی تیراندازان نخبه
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تمرین مهارتهای روانی بر سختکوشی روانی تیراندازان نخبه میباشد. 30 تیرانداز نخبه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پیش و پس از هشت هفته تمرین مهارتهای روانی، پرسشنامة سختکوشی روانی توسط شرکتکنندگان تکمیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد تمرین مهارتهای روانی در نتایج پسآزمون گروه تجربی بر برخی از خردهمقیاسهای سختکوشی روانی (کنترل عواطف، تعهد، اعتماد به توانمندیها و اعتماد بینفردی و مبارزهطلبی) اثر معناداری دارد. با توجه به شباهت مهارتهای روانی با خردهمقیاسهای سختکوشی روانی، این امکان وجود دارد که با انجام تمرینات مهارتهای روانی، خردهمقیاسهای سختکوشی و درنهایت، سختکوشی کل افزایش یابد.

راهبردهای روانشناختی زنان و مردان ورزشکار در رشتههای ورزشی انفرادی و تیمی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ راهبردهای روانشناختی زنان و مردان ورزشکار در رشتههای تیمی و انفرادی میباشد. 394 نفر از ورزشکاران دوازدهمین المپیاد ورزشی به تکمیل نسخۀ دوم پرسشنامۀ راهبردهای اجرا که دارای همسانی درونی بیش از 70/0 است، پرداختند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که در شرایط تمرین، مردان در هدفگزینی و کنترل توجه بهتر از زنان میباشند و زنان در کنترل هیجان عملکرد بهتری دارند. همچنین، در شرایط مسابقه، مردان در خودکاری و حواسپرتی امتیازات بهتری نسبت به زنان کسب کردهاند. ورزشکاران رشتههای تیمی نیز حین تمرین، در مهارتهای آرام سازی و کنترل توجه و در حین مسابقه، در مهارتهای فعالسازی و خودکاری دارای عملکرد بهتری نسبت به ورزشکاران رشتههای انفرادی هستند؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود در آموزش مهارتهای روانشناختی، رشتۀ ورزشی و شرایط تمرین و مسابقه بهعنوان عوامل مهم تأثیرگذار مدنظر قرار گیرند.

مقایسۀ ذهنآگاهی و حافظة کاری دانشجویان فعال و غیرفعال دانشگاه ارومیه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ ذهنآگاهی و حافظة کاری دانشجویان فعال و غیرفعال دانشگاه ارومیه میباشد. نمونۀ این پژوهش که از نوع علی ـ مقایسهای است، از بین دانشجویان رشتۀ تربیتبدنی و دیگر رشتههای علوم انسانی بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شد که شامل 40 نفر دانشجوی تربیتبدنی و 40 نفر دانشجوی علوم انسانی (در هر گروه 20 دختر و 20 پسر) بود. برای سنجش ذهنآگاهی از پرسشنامۀ مهارتهای ذهنآگاهی کنتاکی و حافظةکاری از نرم افزار حافظۀ فعال استفاده شد. یافتههای حاصل از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که از لحاظ جنسیت و فعالبودن، تفاوت معناداری در متغیر حافظة کاری و خردهمقیاس تمرکزگری وجود ندارد. همچنین، مشخص شد که دانشجویان فعال در متغیر ذهنآگاهی در خردهمقیاسهای مشاهدهگری و توصیفگری برتر بودند. در خردهمقیاس توجه به امور و پذیرشگری نیز تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ جنسیت مشاهده شد؛ بنابراین، لازم است جهت آگاهی افراد از ذهنآگاهی، برنامههای ویژهای طراحی گردد.

برآورد سهم نسبی شادمانی از طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه در دبیران تربیتبدنی شهر اصفهان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، برآورد سهم نسبی شادمانی از طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه در دبیران تربیتبدنی شهر اصفهان میباشد که به روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعة آماری شامل کلیۀ دبیران تربیتبدنی 3 دورۀ تحصیلی آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان در سال 1392 (تعداد 559 نفر) بود. حجم نمونة آماری از طریق جدول کرجیس و مورگان (1970) 226 نفر محاسبه شد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم جامعة آماری بود. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسش نامه طرحوارههای ناسازگار و شادمانی بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی، تحلیل رگرسیون) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی منفی و معناداری بین طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه با شادمانی دبیران تربیتبدنی شهر اصفهان وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج میتوان گفت که وجود طرحوارههای ناسازگار در دبیران تربیتبدنی میتواند باعث کاهش شادمانی در آنها شود که این مهم میتواند تأثیر نامطلوبی بر عملکرد دبیران رفتارهای آیندۀ آنها داشته باشد. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون نشان داد که طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه میتوانند پیشبینیکنندههای خوبی برای شادی در دبیران تربیتبدنی باشند و 20 درصد شادی را تحتتأثیر قرار دهند.
