کمیّت و ابعاد شاخصهای هماهنگی تیمی در فوتبال بیانگر کیفیت و اهمّیت مهارتهای روانشناختی
در این تحقیق سعی شده است تا به کمک برخی ابعاد و کمیّت های جدید در فوتبال، کیفیت و اهمّیت مهارت های روان شناختی برجسته تر و روشن تر شود. بیست مسابقه از لیگ برتر ایران و لیگ قهرمانان آسیا فیلمبرداری شد. اما تنها آن دسته از توالی های رفتار تیمی برای تحلیل مدنظر بودند که منجر به گل شده و در آن توالی ها تیم مهاجم حداقل 5 ثانیه مالکیت مداوم توپ را در اختیار داشت. نتایج نشان داد الگوی رفتاری تیم های مهاجم و مدافع در ابعاد طولی و عرضی دارای هماهنگی و یک روند قابل پیش بینی است. کمیّت و ابعاد این الگوها بر اساس محتوای مهارت های روان شناختی تحلیل شد. دیده شد که این الگوها تمامی ابعاد چه، کی، کجا و چگونه که کاربرد زیادی در مهارت های روان شناختی دارند را به شکل حسّاسی در خود دارند و کمک می کنند اهمیّت و حسّاسیت مهارت های روان شناختی بهتر شناخته شود.

تأثیر تهدید کلیشه ای اضافه وزن بر یادگیری حرکتی و اعتماد به تعادل زنان سالمند
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تهدید کلیشه ای اضافه وزن بر یادگیری حرکتی و اعتماد به تعادل زنان سالمند بود. بیست و چهار زن سالمند (68/2± 38/62 سال) به طور در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تهدید کلیشه ای (تأکید بر تأثیرگذاری ویژگی های فردی نظیر اضافه وزن بر عملکرد) و کنترل جای گرفتند. تکلیف شامل حفظ حداکثر تعادل روی تعادل سنج پویا در طول کوشش های 30 ثانیه ای، به صورت 1 کوشش پیش آزمون، 10 کوشش اکتساب و 5 کوشش یادداری انجام شد. پرسشنامه اعتماد به تعادل نیز در دو مرحلۀ پیش آزمون و یادداری تکمیل شد. یافته ها عملکرد تعادلی و اعتماد به تعادل پایین تری را در گروه تهدید کلیشه ای اضافه وزن نسبت به گروه کنترل گزارش کردند. لذا پیشنهاد می شود در موقعیت های مشابه، مربیان، با تأکید بر عدم تأثیرگذاری ویژگی های فردی نظیر اضافه وزن بر عملکرد حرکتی، از بروز تهدیدات کلیشه ای کاسته و از تخریب عملکرد و یادگیری افراد جلوگیری نمایند.

مدل مؤلفه های روان شناختی مؤثر بر مشارکت جانبازان و معلولین در فعالیت های ورزشی
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائة مدل مؤلفه های روان شناختی مؤثر بر مشارکت جانبازان و معلولین در فعالیتهای ورزشی بود. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. در بخش اول (کیفی) برای انجام مصاحبة میدانی، جامعة آماری پژوهش را اساتید دانشگاهی آگاه به مسئلة ورزش معلولین و جانبازان، برخی مدیران حوزة ورزش معلولین (فدراسیون ورزش های جانبازان و معلولین) و همچنین ورزشکاران معلول و جانباز تشکیل دادند. این افراد، به صورت هدفمند برای مصاحبههای کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب شدند (12 مصاحبه با 12 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت). در بخش دوم (کمی)بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، اقدام به ساخت پرسشنامة مؤلفه های روان شناخی مؤثر بر مشارکت معلولین و جانبازان در فعالیتهای ورزشی شد. این پرسشنامه (18 گویه و در قالب 3 مؤلفه) بین معلولین ورزشکار (386 نفر) توزیع گردید. روایی و پایایی هر دو ابزار اندازه گیری (مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای بررسی و پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش و رسم و تدوین مدل اندازه گیری و مدل ساختاری از نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس نسخة 24، پی ال اس نسخة 2.0 و نرم افزار مکس کیوآی دی نسخة پرو استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد 18 کد مفهومی و 3 مقولة اصلی، از مؤلفه های روان شناختی مؤثر بر مشارکت معلولین در فعالیتهای ورزشی بودند.

اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر ویژگی های روان شناختی دختران دانش آموز
حوادث طبیعی از جمله زلزله و پیامدهای ناشی از آن همواره زندگی انسانها را در معرض خطر قرار داده است و باعث می شود تا فشارهای روانی ،که از مخرب ترین نیروهای مؤثر بر انسان به شمار می آید، به شکل چشم گیری افزایش یابد و زندگی انسان را دچار اختلال سازد. بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر اضطراب، افسردگی و پرخاشگری دختران دبیرستانی زلزله-زده شهر سرپل ذهاب بود. بدین منظور، تعداد 30 دانشآموزان دختر دبیرستانی شهرستان سرپل ذهاب به صورت داوطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. این افراد به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تمرین هوازی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب بک، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک و پرسشنامه پرخاشگری بود. در بخش آماری از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری های تکراری با طرح 2×2 استفاده شد. همچنین از آزمون t وابسته برای بررسی اثر تمرین از پیش به پس آزمون استفاده شد. یافته ها نشان داد هشت هفته تمرین هوازی باعث کاهش معناداری در سطوح اضطراب، افسردگی و پرخاشگری (P<0.001) در گروه تمرین شد. اما، در گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری مشاهده نشد. در نهایت میتوان بیان کرد یک دوره هشت هفته ای تمرین هوازی سبب بهبود اضطراب، افسردگی و پرخاشگری در دانش آموزان دختر پس از تجربه یک زمین لرزه شدید خواهد شد.

تأثیر برنامۀ تمرینی یکپارچۀ جسمانی بر کنترل بازداری دختران نوجوان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر یک برنامۀ تمرینی یکپارچۀ جسمانی بر کنترل بازداری دختران نوجوان انجام گرفت. بدین منظور تعداد 32 نفر از دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه دورۀ اول انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 14 جلسه تمرینات یکپارچه را که ترکیبی از تمرینات هوازی، تعادلی و حرکات ظریف بود، انجام دادند. در این مدت گروه کنترل برنامۀ تمرینی عادی درس تربیتبدنی را دنبال کردند. تغییرات بازداری آزمودنیها قبل و بعد از دورۀ تمرینی، بهوسیله آزمون استروپ و از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس عاملی با اندازههای تکراری سنجیده شد. نتایج نشان داد روند تغییرات نمرۀ تداخل در گروه تمرینات یکپارچه بهطور معناداری متفاوت و کاهش یافته بود. یافتههای حاضر از اثربخشی ترکیب تمرینات هوازی، تعادلی و حرکات ظریف در بهبود کنترل بازداری نوجوانان حمایت میکند.

رابطة بین شدت خشم و ابراز آن در ورزشکاران رقابتی: نقش میانجی انعطاف ناپذیری روان شناختی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی انعطاف ناپذیری روان شناختی در رابطة بین شدت خشم و ابراز آن در ورزشکاران رقابتی بود. روش پژوهش، از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر روابط ساختاری (مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بر اساس پی ال اس) بود. جامعة آماری را کلیة ورزشکاران رقابتی (کلیة ورزشکارانی که در هر سطحی از مسابقات مشغول به ورزش رقابتی بودند چه فردی چه جمعی) شهر اردبیل در سال 1398 تشکیل دادند. از بین آنها 312 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری خوشه ای به عنوان نمونة پژوهش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای جمع آوری دادهها از مقیاس خشم بالینی، زیر مقیاس خشم درونی و بیرونی پرسشنامة خشم چند بُعدی و مقیاس سنجشِ جامعِ فرایند درمان پذیرش و تعهد استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد انعطاف ناپذیری روان شناختی، بین شدت خشم و ابراز بیرونی یا پرخاشگری (گریز رفتاری) و بین شدت خشم و نشخوار/ سرکوب خشم (اجتناب شناختی) نقش میانجی دارد. بر مبنای یافته های به دست آمده، می توان گفت انعطاف ناپذیری روان شناختی از عوامل مهمی است که در رابطة بین خشم و پرخاشگری و نشخوار خشم باید مورد توجه قرار گیرند. در واقع افراد ورزشکاری که پاسخ های انعطاف پذیر در آنها پایین باشد احتمال اینکه خشم تجربه شده را به ابراز آن تبدیل کند، زیاد است

ارتباط خودکارآمدی ورزشی با اضطراب رقابتی دانشجویان ورزشکار: نقش واسطهای راهبردهای مقابلهای
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین روابط ساختاری بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی با اضطراب رقابتی ورزشکاران با توجه به نقش واسطهای راهبردهای مقابلهای تکلیف مدار و هیجانمدار بود. پرسشنامههای خودکارآمدی ورزشی، راهبردهای مقابلهای و اضطراب رقابتی بین 200 ورزشکار داوطلب رشتههای مختلف انفرادی و تیمی توزیع گردید. جهت تعیین روابط میان متغیرها از روش مدلسازی مسیری-ساختاری و نرمافزار پی ال اس2 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد علاوه بر ارتباط معنادار بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی با اضطراب رقابتی در مسیر مستقیم، خودکارآمدی ورزشی به طور غیرمستقیم و بهواسطه تأثیرگذاری بر راهبردهای مقابلهای انتخاب شده از طرف ورزشکار موجب تعدیل اضطراب رقابتی ورزشکاران میشود. بررسی دقیقتر مدل حاکی از آن است که مسیر غیرمستقیم خودکارآمدی ورزشی به راهبردهای تکلیفمدار به اضطراب رقابتی با ضرایب مسیر بالاتر و شاخص تی بزرگتر، مسیر قویتر برای تبیین نقش واسطهای راهبردهای مقابلهای در ارتباط بین خودکارآمدی ورزشی و اضطراب رقابتی است.

تأثیر برنامه ریزی تمرین بر بازنمایی ذهنی پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال
هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه اثر تمرین با تداخل بالا، پایین و فزاینده بر دقت و ساختار بازنمایی ذهنی پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال بود. به این منظور 30 شرکتکننده مبتدی به صورت تصادفی به سه گروه تصادفی، مسدود و افزایشی تقسیم شدند. شرکتکنندگان بر اساس گروه بندی و ترتیب تمرین مشخص شده به مدت سه روز هر روز سه بلوک و هر بلوک شامل 30 کوشش-پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال را از فواصل مختلف (96/3، 57/4، و 18/5 متر) تمرین کردند. سه روز بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین آزمون های یادداری و انتقال اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد گروه افزایشی نسبت به دو گروه دیگر دقت بالاتری در یادداری داشت. این اثر برای مرحله انتقال نیز مشابه بود. نتایج متغیر بازنمایی ذهنی نشان داد گروه افزایشی نسبت به دو گروه دیگر بازنمایی ذهنی ساختاریافته تری دارد و این بازنمایی بیشتر با بازنمایی ذهنی شرکتکنندگان ماهر مشابه بود. این نتایج با توجه به پردازش بهتر اطلاعات و همچنین چارچوب نقطه چالش تفسیر شدند.

واکاوی تجارب روانی ورزشکاران نخبه ایرانی در قرنطینه خانگی بیماری کووید-19: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی
با شیوع بیماری کووید-19در ایران اغلب باشگاه های ورزشی تعطیل و مسابقات لیگ و قهرمانی لغو شد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تجارب روان شناختی ورزشکاران نخبه ایرانی در قرنطینه به دلیل شیوع ویروس کرونا بود. به لحاظ روش شناختی، این پژوهش در دامنۀ مطالعات کیفی از نوع پژوهش پدیدارشناسی قرار می گیرد. جامعه پژوهش شامل ورزشکاران زن و مرد نخبه ایرانی (حضور در لیگ های برتر و عضویت در تیم های ملی) در رشته های ورزشی مختلف بود که تجربه زندگی در قرنطینه خانگی (در 60 روز گذشته) را داشتند. شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده گیری تا زمان رسیدن به اشباع ادامه یافت و در مجموع 20 ورزشکار نخبه مصاحبه شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های کیفی از روش هفت مرحله ای کُلایزی استفاده شد. بر اساس تحلیل یافته های پژوهش حاضر، نه مضمون اصلی شامل راهبردهای مقابله ای مسئله مدار، جهت گیری هدفی تکلیف مدار، انعطاف پذیری شناختی، راهبرد سازش یافته تنظیم شناختی هیجان، خود ارزیابی منفی، حالات خلقی منفی، عدم انگیزه کافی، اضطراب شناختی و احساس دلتنگی به دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد قرنطینه خانگی به دلیل شیوع بیماری کووید-19 آثار متفاوت مثبت و منفی روانی بر ورزشکاران نخبه ایرانی داشته است. آگاهی و درک متقابل از تجارب روانی این ورزشکاران در دوران قرنطینه خانگی می تواند زمینه ساز تصمیم گیری های لازم در دوران کرونایی و پساکرونا توسط مدیران و مسئولین ورزشی کشور باشد

نقش پیش بینی کنندگی سطح فعالیت بدنی بر میزان اضطراب کادر درمانی در دوران پیک کرونا
هدف از پژوهش حاضر نقش پیش بینی کنندگی سطح فعالیت بدنی بر میزان اضطراب کادر درمانی در دوران اوج کرونا بود. روش پژوهشی حاضر از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کادر درمانی بیمارستان خاتم الانبیاء شهرستان میانه (استان آذربایجان شرقی) تشکیل داند که از این بین تعداد 130 نفر به عنوان نمونة آماری به روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. به دلیل رعایت اصول بهداشتی، پرسشنامه های پژوهش به صورت الکترونیکی در اختیار آزمودنی ها قرار گرفت. پس از جمع آوری داده ها، برای تعیین میزان همبستگی از روش آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده همبستگی مثبت و معنادار بین فعالیت بدنی و اضطراب و توانایی پیش بینی میزان اضطراب افراد براساس سطح فعالیت بدنی آنها را نشان داد. پس می توان نتیجه گیری کرد که فعالیت بدنی و ورزش منظم از طریق مکانیسم های فیزیولوژیکی، هورمونی و شناختی ممکن است میزان اضطراب در افراد را کاهش داده و باعث افزایش سلامت روانی و جسمانی آنها شود.

ارتباط خودشناسی انسجامی و تاب آوری با اضطراب ابتلا به کووید-19: نقش واسطهای عدم تحمل ابهام، نگرانی و فعالیت بدنی
هدف پژوهش تعیین ارتباط خودشناسی انسجامی و تاب آوری با اضطراب ابتلا به کووید-19 و نقش واسطه ای عدم تحمل ابهام، نگرانی و فعالیت بدنی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام ساکنان شهر کرج در بهار سال 1399 بود. از میان آنها 360 نفر به روش هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس خودشناسی، مقیاس تاب آوری، پرسشنامة نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا، مقیاس تحمل ابهام- نسخه دوم، نیمرخ ﺳﺒﻚ زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ارتقأ دﻫﻨﺪه ﺳﻼﻣﺘﻲ و مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش الگویابی معادله های ساختاری استفاده شد. در پژوهش حاضر رابطۀ مستقیم نگرانی و عدم تحمل ابهام با اضطراب ابتلا به کووید-19 مثبت و معنادار و رابطۀ مستقیم فعالیت بدنی با اضطراب ابتلا به کووید-19 منفی و معنادار بود. رابطۀ غیرمستقیم خودشناسی انسجامی و تاب آوری با اضطراب ابتلا به کووید-19 با واسطه گری فعالیت بدنی، نگرانی و عدم تحمل ابهام معنادار بود. آموزش های همگانی جهت ارتقأ خودشناسی افراد و یادگیری رویکردهای تاب آورانه و همچنین سبک زندگی سالم که فعالیت بدنی را در بردارد، در مواجه با بیماری ها و نگرانی ها و ابهامات ناشی از گستردگی شیوع آن پیشنهاد می شود.

تأثیر فعالیت بدنی و آموزش روش آرام سازی پیشرونده عضلانی بر سطح اضطراب و استرس ادراک شده در بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر فعالیت بدنی و آموزش روش آرام سازی پیشرونده عضلانی بر سطح اضطراب و استرس ادراک شده در بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 48 بیمار مبتلا به کووید-19 از بین مراجعه کنندگان به پایگاه 16 ساعته تشخیص کرونا کووید-19 در ناحیه چهار مشهد انتخاب شدند. با غربالگری بر اساس پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی بک در 4 گروه (2 آزمایش و 2 گروه گواه) قرار گرفتند. گروه های تمرینی به مدت 6 هفته به تمرین آرام سازی پیشرونده عضلانی پرداختند. تمامی شرکتکننده ها در مراحل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون پرسشنامه استرس- اضطراب- افسردگی DASS-21 را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس با طرح آمیخته تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها نشان داد تأثیر روش آرام سازی بر کاهش استرس افراد مبتلا به کووید-19 معنادار بود ( 05/0> p). همچنین یافته ها نشان داد اثر تمرین آرام سازی پیشرونده عضلانی در گروه مبتلا و فعال بیشتر از گروه مبتلا و غیرفعال بود ( 05/0> p). یافته ها نشان داد تأثیر روش تمرین آرام سازی بر اضطراب افراد مبتلا در گروه های مبتلا به کووید-19 معنادار نیست ( 05/0< p ). نتیجه اینکه روش آرام سازی پیشرونده عضلانی میتواند به عنوان روشی غیردارویی در کاهش استرس درک شده ناشی از بیماری کووید-19 مؤثر باشد. روش آرام سازی روشی بی خطر، مطمئن، کم عارضه و کم هزینه است و در کنار روش های دارویی و سایر مداخلات می تواند در کاهش استرس، ترس و اضطراب ناشی از بیماری کووید-19 مؤثر باشد.

مقایسه علائم روانی و جسمانی اضطراب کروناویروس در افراد با سطوح بالا و پایین تعهد به فعالیت بدنی
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه علائم روانی و جسمانی اضطراب کروناویروس (اضطراب مرتبط با کوید-19) در افراد با سطوح بالا و پایین تعهد به فعالیت بدنی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی با طرح علی-مقایسهای بود. جامعه آماری شامل افراد نوجوان و جوان 14 تا 35 سال شهر اراک در سال 1399 بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و بر اساس نمره آنها در پرسشنامه تعهد به فعالیت بدنی، دو گروه 30 نفره دارای تعهد بالا و پایین به فعالیت بدنی شناسایی شدند. سپس از لحاظ نمرات مقیاس اضطراب بیماری کرونا (با خردهمقیاسهای علائم جسمای و روانی اضطراب) مقایسه شدند. نتایج مانووا تفاوت معناداری را در ترکیب خطی متغیرهای وابسته دو گروه نشان داد. نتایج آنووا نیز تنها در علائم روانی و نه در علائم جسمانی اضطراب کروناویروس تفاوت معناداری را بین آنها نشان داد. بر مبنای نتایج مقایسههای زوجی میزان این اضطراب در گروه دارای تعهد پایین به فعالیت بدنی بالاتر بود. در نتیجه، انجام و تعهد به فعالیتهای بدنی، میتواند در کاهش اضطراب کروناویروس، بهویژه علائم روانی آن مؤثر باشد.

بررسی وضعیت خستگی هیجانی و هراس اجتماعی ناشی از شیوع ویروس کویید-19 در میان ورزشکاران حرفه ای (نمونه موردی: رشته دو و میدانی)
ژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت خستگی هیجانی و هراس اجتماعی ناشی از شیوع ویروس کویید-19 در میان ورزشکاران حرفه ای (نمونة موردی: رشتة دو و میدانی) انجام گردید. روش پژوهش توصیفی و جامعة آماری شامل تمامی ورزشکاران حرفه ای دو و میدانی زن و مرد ایران در ردة سنی بزرگسالان بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسشنامة خستگیهیجانی چن و همکاران (2019) و هراس اجتماعی کانور و همکاران (2000) بود. روایی این پرسش نامه با بررسی نظرات خبرگان و پایایی این پرسشنامه با توجه به محاسبة آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد میزان خستگی هیجانی ناشی از شیوع ویروس کویید-19 در میان نمونه های پژوهش در وضعیت بالا قرار دارد (41/3= نمرة کلی). نتایج همچنین نشان داد میزان هراس اجتماعی ناشی از ویروس کویید-19 در نمونه های پژوهش در وضعیت هراس اجتماعی شدید قرار دارد (2/53=نمره کلی). نتایج همچنین نشان داد بین وضعیت خستگی هیجانی و هراس اجتماعی ناشی از شیوع ویروس کویید-19 پیرامون ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد.

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مقایسة اضطراب کووید-19، سبک های مقابله ای و اضطراب سلامت در دانشجویان ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیة دانشجویان ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار دانشگاه گیلان در سال 1399 تشکیل دادند. 220 نفر (110 دانشجوی ورزشکار و 110 دانشجوی غیر ورزشکار) از طریق فراخوان اینترنتی در پژوهش شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه اضطراب کووید-19 ویتن و همکاران، مقیاس سبک های مقابله با فشار روانی اندلر و پارکر و پرسشنامه اضطراب سلامت سالکوسکیس و همکاران استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان داد اضطراب کووید-19، سبک های مقابله ای هیجان مدار و اجتنابی و اضطراب سلامت در دانشجویان ورزشکار نسبت به غیر ورزشکار کمتر و سبک مقابله ای مسئله مدار در آنها بیشتر است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر می توان نتیجه گرفت انجام فعالیت های ورزشی در دوران همه گیری کرونا ویروس 2019 به میزان قابل توجهی می تواند اضطراب ناشی از این ویروس ناشناخته را کاهش دهد و از شدت مشکلات احتمالی ناشی از ویروس کووید-19 نیز پیشگیری نماید.
