روابط علّی فرآیندهای شناختی و عاطفی تمایل به تغییر با مؤلفههای مدل تعهد ورزشی در ورزشکاران
هدف این پژوهش تعیین روابط علّی فرآیندهای شناختی و عاطفی تمایل به تغییر با مؤلفه های مدل تعهد ورزشی در ورزشکاران بود. به این منظور، 370 ورزشکار دانشجوی رشته تربیت بدنی (184 مرد و 186 زن) با روش تصادفی طبقه ای ساده از دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران نمونه گیری شدند و پرسشنامه های پژوهش را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد ادراک تغییر با افزایش ایده های غیرمنطقی و متعاقباً افزایش هیجانات منفی، بر کاهش تمایل به تغییر اثرگذار است. همچنین، تمایل به تغییر به طور مستقیم و نیز از مسیر کاهش لذت ورزشی و فرصت های مشارکت و نیز افزایش جایگزین های مشارکت اثر معناداری بر تعهد ورزشی داشتند. یافته ها با تأکید بر ساز و کار شکلگیری تعهد ورزشی در موقعیت های متقتضی تغییر مورد بحث قرار می گیرد.

اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیم بر اهمالکاری تحصیلی و خودشفقتورزی دانشآموزان شرکتکننده در المپیاد ورزشی
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی آموزش راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیم بر اهمال کاری تحصیلی و خودشفقت ورزی دانشآموزان المپیاد ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از بین 388 نفر از دانشآموزان شرکت کننده در المپیاد ورزشی استان گلستان، با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی، 185 نفر برای غربالگری انتخاب شدند. چهل و پنج نفر دارای اهمال کاری تحصیلی بالا و خودشفقتورزی پایین بودند که از میان آنها 30 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 10 جلسه به صورت هفتگی تحت آموزش راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیم قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین میانگینهای پسآزمون دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوتی معنادار وجود دارد. بدین معنا که آموزش راهبردهای یادگیری خودتنظیم سبب کاهش میزان اهمال کاری تحصیلی و افزایش خودشفقت ورزی دانشآموزان شرکتکننده در المپیاد ورزشی میشود.

ارائۀ مدل نقش سلفی، استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی و تعداد عکسهای همرسانیشده در شبکههای اجتماعی بر شادکامی ورزشکاران تیمهای ملی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائة مدل نقش سلفی، استفاده از شبکههای اجتماعی و تعداد عکسهای همرسانیشده در شبکههای اجتماعی بر شادکامی ورزشکاران تیمهای ملی طراحی و اجرا شد. روش تحقیق حاضر به صورت پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی ورزشکاران تیمهای ملی ایران در رشتههای ورزشی مختلف بود. با توجه به دسترسی دشوار به این ورزشکاران، تعداد 200 ورزشکار تیم ملی بهصورت در دسترس، بهعنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد، تعداد عکسهای همرسانیشده در شبکههای اجتماعی بر میزان شادکامی تأثیری معنادار در جهت مثبت دارد. با توجه به نتایج، مشخص شد مدل ارائهشده در پژوهش حاضر از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است

بررسی نقش استفاده از رسانة اجتماعی و درگیری تحصیلی بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان ورزشکار
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش استفاده از رسانة اجتماعی و درگیری تحصیلی بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان ورزشکار طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش بازیکنان تیم های ملی دانش آموزی منتخب (فوتبال، فوتسال، هندبال، والیبال و کشتی) بودند. جهت بررسی متغیرهای پژوهش حاضر از مدل مفهومی الشویایبی و همکاران (2018) استفاده گردید. به منظور تحلیل داده های پژوهش حاضر از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد استفاده از رسانة اجتماعی بر عملکرد تحصیلی تأثیری معنادار به میزان 894/0- دارد. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که در میان مؤلفه های درگیری تحصیلی، درگیری عاطفی بیشترین نقش را بر عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان ورزشکاران دارد. بدین صورت که در گام اول رگرسیون درگیری عاطفی توانایی پیشبینی 28 درصد عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان ورزشکاران را داشت.

خشونت ورزشی در هواداران فوتبال: نقش هیجانخواهی و هوش فرهنگی با میانجیگری آستانه تحمل
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هیجان خواهی و هوش فرهنگی با میانجی گری آستانه تحمل در خشونت ورزشی در هواداران فوتبال انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. از بین کلیه هواداران تیم های سپیدرود رشت و نساجی مازندران در لیگ برتر 98-1397، 380 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. داده ها با پرسشنامه های هیجان خواهی زاکرمن، هوش فرهنگی، تحمل پریشانی و خشونت ورزشی جمع آوری شد و با روش های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد بین هیجان خواهی و خشونت ورزشی رابطه مثبت و بین هوش فرهنگی و آستانه تحمل با خشونت ورزشی رابطه منفی وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که آستانه تحمل در رابطه هیجان خواهی و هوش فرهنگی با خشونت ورزشی نقش میانجی دارد. بر اساس نتایج می توان گفت که خشونت ورزشی در هواداران فوتبال متأثر از عوامل روانشناختی چون هیجان خواهی بالای افراد و میزان هوش فرهنگی آنها است که از طریق میزان آستانه تحمل و تحریک پذیری آنها میانجی می گردد

بررسی وضعیت باور و عمل ورزشکاران حرفهای نسبت به تعهد به نسل آینده
اهمیت تعهد به نسل آینده در میان تمامی گروه ها سبب گردیده است تا امروزه ضرورت تعهد به نسل آینده در میان ورزشکاران درک گردد. این مسئله سبب گردیده است تا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت باور و عمل ورزشکاران حرفه ای به تعهد به نسل آینده طراحی گردید. روش پژوهش از توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته با 20 سئوال بود. سئوالات آن در طیف پنج ارزشی لیکرت طراحی گردید. روایی این پرسشنامه پس از بررسی نظرات خبرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و میزان پایایی پرسشنامه نیز میزان 89/0 مشخص گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه ورزشکاران مرد تیمهای ملی در رشته های ورزشی منتخب به تعداد 207 نفر بود که بر حسب انتخاب تصادفی تعداد 132 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش مشخص گردیدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد باور به تعهد به نسل آینده در میان ورزشکاران حرفه ای در سطح مطلوبی (میانگین=15/3) و عمل به آنان (میانگین=92/1) در وضعیت نامطلوبی قرار دارد

بررسی نقش احساس نوستالژی ورزشی بر تمایل هواداران تیم ملی فوتبال به حضور در ورزشگاه
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش احساس نوستالژی ورزشی بر تمایل هواداران تیم ملی فوتبال به حضور در ورزشگاه طراحی و اجرا گردید. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف از نوع پژوهشهای کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا میدانی و به لحاظ نوع تحلیل، توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی هواداران تیم ملی فوتبال ایران بودند که با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش مشخص گردیدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که در متغیر احساس نوستالژیکی ورزشی، برانگیختگی، تأثیرپذیری و آشنایی بهطور معناداری تبیینکننده این متغیر بودند. بنابراین احساس نوستالژی ورزشی بر تمایل هواداران تیم ملی فوتبال به حضور در ورزشگاه تأثیر معناداری در جهت مثبت دارد. از اینرو با بهبود احساس نوستالژی ورزشی میتوان، به بهبود تمایل هواداران جهت حضور در ورزشگاه اقدام نمود.

مطالعة نقش وفاداری هواداران بر سرسختی ذهنی بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتسال
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش وفاداری هواداران بر سرسختی ذهنی بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتسال است. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بوده و روش انجام پژوهش بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و به شکل میدانی انجام شده است. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیة بازیکنان باشگاه های لیگ برتر فوتسال تشکیل می دهند (14 تیم). تمامی بازیکنان تیم های مس سونگون، گیتی پسند، سوهان محمدسیما قم، حفاری اهواز، آذرخش بندرعباس و شاهین کرمانشاه به عنوان نمونة پژوهش انتخاب شدند که از این بین، 129 پرسشنامه به صورت صحیح عودت داده شد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامة سرسختی ذهنی کوباسا (1984) و پرسشنامة وفاداری هواداران از دیدگاه بازکنان: برگرفته از پرسشنامة وفاداری مشتریان ابوالحسنی (2015) با پایایی (79/0 ≤ α) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها در بخش آمار توصیفی از فراوانی و درصد فراوانی برای بیان ویژگی های دموگرافیک و توصیفی پژوهش استفاده شد. از شاخصهای کشیدگی و چولگی به منظور بررسی توزیع داده ها (طبیعی و یا غیر طبیعی بودن) استفاده و برای بررسی و پاسخ به سئوالات پژوهش و رسم و تدوین مدل اندازه گیری و مدل ساختاری از نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس نسخة 20 و پی ال اس نسخة 0/2 ( به دلیل تعداد کم نمونه های پژوهش) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در سطح 95/0 وفاداری هواداران (وفاداری نگرشی و رفتاری) بر سرسختی ذهنی ورزشکاران تأثیرگذار است؛ لذا افزایش وفاداری و حمایت هواداران می تواند به بهبود فاکتورهای روانشناختی و در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد ورزشی ورزشکاران منجر شود.

بررسی وضعیت بهزیستی معنوی بازیکنان والیبال
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت بهزیستی معنوی بازیکنان والیبال لیگ برتر ایران طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی بازیکنان تیمهای لیگ برتر والیبال ایران بود. تعداد آنان بر اساس گزارشهای کسبشده 220 نفر است. بر اساس جدول حجم نمونه مورگان، بر حسب انتخاب در دسترس تعداد 136 نفر بهعنوان پژوهش مشخص شد. ابزار گردآوری پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد بهزیستی معنوی بود. در پژوهش حاضر جهت تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تی تک نمونهای، تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد وضعیت بهزیستی معنوی در شرایط نامطلوبی قرار دارد. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد میانگین بهزیستی معنوی در میان نمونههای پژوهش بر حسب وضعیت تأهل، رده سنی، سطح تحصیلات و سطح اقتصادی تفاوت معناداری دارد

ارتباط علائم روانشناختی با پرستش سلبریتی در قهرمانان تکواندو کشور: نقش میانجیگر رؤیاپردازی ناسازگار و تمایل به شهرت
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط علائم روانشناختی با پرستش سلبریتی با میانجیگری تمایل به شهرت و رؤیاپردازی ناسازگار در قهرمانان تکواندو کشور انجام شد. جامعه آماری از تکواندوکاران دارای مقام قهرمانی کشور و سابقه عضویت در تیم ملی تشکیل شد. نمونه آماری 336 نفری (296 دختر و 40 پسر) با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. گردآوری دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه پرستش سلبریتی، علائم روانشناختی، تمایل به شهرت و رؤیاپردازی ناسازگار انجام شد. به منظور تحلیل دادهها از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی با رویکرد تحلیل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد علائم روانشناختی (پریشانی، افسردگی، نگرانی، علائم جسمانی) با پرستش سلبریتی از طریق میانجی تمایل به شهرت و رؤیاپردازی ناسازگار بر قهرمانان تکواندو کشور ارتباط مثبت و معنادار دارد. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود با توجه به مهارتهای ضعیف اجتماعی پرستشکنندگان سلبریتی که موجب بروز علائم نگرانی و افسردگی در آنان میشود، مجموعه اقدامات آموزش مهارتهای روانی توسط فدراسیون تکواندو در قالب برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی مهارتهای ذهنی و مشاوره روانشناختی صورت گیرد تا نوجوانان به ماهیت وجودی خود پی ببرند تا بدین ترتیب اتکابهنفس در آنان تقویت شود

بررسی نقش باورهای دینی بر تمایل به استفاده از مواد نیروزا در ورزشکاران حرفهای
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش باورهای دینی بر تمایل به استفاده از مواد نیروزا در ورزشکاران حرفهای انجام گردید. پژوهش حاضر از جمله پژوهش های کاربردی است که بهصورت میدانی انجام گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر بهصورت پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی ورزشکاران حرفهای کشور در رشتهها و لیگهای مختلف بودند که در سطوح عالی ورزش در حال فعالیت بودند. با توجه به نامشخص بودن حجم جامعه، بر اساس فرمول حجم نمونه کوکران در شرایط نامشخص بودن جامعه، تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش مشخص شدند. پس از پخش و جمعآوری پرسشنامهها تعداد 361 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد باورهای دینی شامل تعلق به اصول دین و تعهد به فروع دین سبب کاهش میزان تمایل به استفاده از مواد نیروزا توسط ورزشکاران حرفهای میگردد.

بررسی تأثیر پویایی اجتماعی بر سرمایة اجتماعی و مشارکت ورزشی کارکنان شرکت پالایش نفت آبادان
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر پویایی اجتماعی بر سرمایة اجتماعی و مشارکت ورزشی کارکنان طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و از روش علی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعة آماری شامل کارکنان شرکت پالایش نفت آبادان بود که بر اساس اطلاعات کسبشده تعداد آنان 400 نفر بود. برحسب انتخاب تصادفی و با توجه به جدول حجم نمونه مورگان تعداد 351 نفر به عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. در نهایت پس از پخش و جمعآوری پرسشنامههای پژوهش، تعداد 322 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر، شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد بود. روش آماری مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل روش معادلات ساختاری بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر از نرمافزار اس پی اس اس و پی ال اس استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد پویایی اجتماعی بر سرمایة اجتماعی تأثیری به میزان 947/0 دارد. نتایج پژوهش همچنین نشان داد پویایی اجتماعی بر مشارکت ورزشی تأثیری به میزان 948/0 دارد.

الگوی توسعة نگرش زیست محیطی در دانشآموزان با تأکید بر ورزش سبز
پژوهش حاضر با هدف الگوی توسعة نگرش زیست محیطی در دانشآموزان با تأکید بر ورزش سبز انجام گردید. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر خبرگان آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بود که 14 نفر بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش در بخش کیفی مشخص شدند. جامعة آماری در بخش کمی شامل تمامی معلمان ورزش مدارس دخترانه شهر تهران در مقطع ابتدایی بود که اطلاعات جامع در خصوص تعداد این افراد در دسترس نبود. 384 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران بهعنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. پس از توزیع و جمعآوری پرسشنامههای پژوهش تعداد 357 پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر شامل مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته و پرسشنامة محقق ساخته بود. نتایج نشان داد که در مجموع 22 گویه بهعنوان عوامل مؤثر بر توسعة نگرش زیست محیطی در دانشآموزان با تأکید بر ورزش سبز مشخص گردید و در چهار بخش شامل عوامل مدیریتی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و آموزشی دستهبندی شدند.

ارتباط فعالیت بدنی با درگیری تحصیلی و عوامل روانشناختی دانشجویان در دوران قرنطینه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین فعالیت بدنی، درگیری تحصیلی در آموزش مجازی، استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در دانشجویان در دوران قرنطینه بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود که با استفاده از پرسشنامه بهصورت مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه موردنظر پژوهش دانشجویانی بودند که از طریق آموزش مجازی در منزل مشغول به تحصیل بودند.287 نفر بهعنوان نمونه در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند که از روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی برای انتخاب نمونهها استفاده شد. بررسی نتایج بهصورت ترکیبی از روشهای کمی و کیفی بود در روش کیفی از راهنمای تفسیر پرسشنامههای فعالیت بدنی و استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی به بررسی فردبهفرد افراد بهصورت رتبهای پرداخته شد. در روش کمی از دو دسته آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. برای آمار توصیفی از شاخصهای گرایش به مرکز و پراکندگی و برای آمار استنباطی با توجه به عدم نرمال بودن دادهها از آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش در بررسیهای کیفی نشان داد که 68 درصد دانشجویان ازنظر فعالیت بدنی غیرفعال هستند و 23 درصد از حالت نرمال استرس، 81 درصد از حالت نرمال اضطراب و 49 درصد از حالت نرمال افسردگی خارجشدهاند. در بررسیهای کمی آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که درگیری تحصیلی دانشجویان در آموزش مجازی دانشگاه با فعالیت بدنی و سن دارای ارتباط معنادار و مثبت و با افسردگی و اضطراب دارای همبستگی معنادار معکوس بود. همچنین فعالیت بدنی با استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی همبستگی معنادار معکوس داشت.

مقایسه سلامت روانی زنان و مردان فعال و غیرفعال حرکتی در شرایط پاندمی کووید-19
شیوع این ویروس و اتخاذ روش هایی جهت مقابله با انتشار آن، اثرات مختلفی بر سلامت جسمی، روانی و اجتماعی افراد جامعه گذاشته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه سلامت روانی زنان و مردان فعال و غیرفعال حرکتی در شرایط پاندمی کووید-19 بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 332 زن و مرد از دو کلان شهر تهران و اصفهان بودند. دادههای موردنظر با استفاده از پرسشنامه استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی و پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی بک جمعآوری شد. بر اساس نمره پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی بک آزمودنیها به دو گروه زنان و مردان فعال و غیرفعال تقسیم شدند. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان میدهد که بین زنان و مردان فعال و غیرفعال در مؤلفههای سلامت روان و خرده مقیاسهای آن، مؤلفههای استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (05/0≥p). به طور کلی به نظر میرسد که از فعالیت بدنی میتوان بهعنوان ابزاری جهت ارتقای سطح سلامت جسمی و روانی افراد برای مقابله با این بیماری و عوارض ناشی از شیوع آن استفاده کرد.

بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی به شیوه مجازی بر کاهش علائم وسواس فکری-عملی کارکنان ورزشکار بیمارستان شریعتی در بحران کرونا
ماهیت شغلی حرفههای بهداشتی بهگونهای است که کارکنان این مشاغل در معرض عوامل استرس زا و وسواس فکری- عملی گوناگونی قرار میدهد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی به شیوه مجازی بر کاهش علائم وسواس فکری- عملی بود. طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی و طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان ورزشکار بیمارستان شریعتی تهران در سال 99-98 بود. حجم نمونه شامل 30 نفر از این جامعه بود، که به روش نمونه گیری داوطلبانه انتخاب و در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه تقسیم شدند. برای سنجش افکار وسواس فکری- عملی، پرسشنامه مادزلی به کار برده شد. که پس از انتخاب گروه آزمایش و گواه، مداخله آزمایشی(ذهن آگاهی) بر روی گروه آزمایش به مدت 11 جلسهی 60 دقیقه ای (هر جلسه در 2 وقت 30 دقیقهای) اجرا گردید، و پس از اتمام برنامهی آموزشی از هر دو گروه پس آزمون به عمل آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه (24) با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره انجام شد و سطح معنیداری 05/0 p≤در نظر گرفته شد. آموزش ذهنآگاهی بر کاهش نمره کل وسواس فکری- عملی و زیر مقیاس های آن (بازبینی، شستن و تمیز کردن، کندی -تکرار و تردید-دقت) در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه شده است (05/0p<). به نظر می-رسد آموزش ذهنآگاهی به روش مجازی یک روش موثر برای کاهش وسواس فکری- عملی و ارتقای رفتار خودآگاهی است.
