Method of the research was mixed method. The research tool was a researcher-made interview and questionnaire, validity, and reliability of which were confirmed. Statistical population of this study consisted of all male athletes of national teams of the country in selected sports fields (207 people), among which 132 people were selected as the research sample by random sampling method based on Morgan table. Results of the study showed that, among identified factors, public knowledge was the most important factor influencing development of ethical commitment to the next generation between professional athletes. Results also indicated that attracting public participations and firm belief were other important factors effective in developing ethical commitment to the next generation between professional athletes. <strong>پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ تعهد اخلاقی به نسل آینده در ورزشکاران حرفه­ای طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته بود. ابزار پژوهش، مصاحبه و پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که روایی و پایایی این پرسش‌نامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کلیۀ ورزشکاران مرد تیم­های ملی کشور در رشته­های ورزشی منتخب به تعداد 207 نفر بود و بر حسب انتخاب تصادفی بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد 132 نفر به عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش مشخص گردیدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد در میان عوامل شناسایی شده دانش عمومی مهمترین عامل بر توسعۀ تعهد اخلاقی به نسل آینده در میان ورزشکاران حرفه­ای است. نتایج پژوهش همچنین مشخص نمود که جلب مشارکت­های عمومی و اعتقاد راسخ از دیگر عوامل مهم جهت توسعۀ تعهد اخلاقی به نسل آینده در میان ورزشکاران حرفه­ای است.</strong> https://spsyj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1801_cd14821dab219ea06e2fd1a2df2e3582.pdf
