The the statistical society of the study consist of all 2900 active referees (members) of Iran Football Referees’ Academy telegram channel, that 251 people of them were randomly chosen as samples. Referees’ stress sources and cognitive approaches’ questionnaire was used for accessing to the research’s purposes, and structural equations model was used to state the relationship between the research’s variables. The findings showed that cognitive approach has a negative and meaningful effect on referees’ stress. Also cognitive approach (positive approach, behavoral and negative approach) had the most negative effect on football referees’ stress by order. Accordingly, the authorities should present their own strategies and plans for controlling, reducing and managing the stress of football referees, by focusing on cognitive approaches’ issues and content, and its dimensions in the forms of workshops, Justification classes and training courses, to increase the level of football referees' readiness to cope with stress. <strong>هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش رویکردهای شناختی در مقابله با استرس در داوران فوتبال بود و با </strong><strong>روش توصیفی </strong><strong>–</strong><strong> همبستگی انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ 2900 داور فعال </strong><strong>در کانال تلگرامی رسمی آکادمی داوران فوتبال ایران</strong><strong> بودند که به‌صورت تصادفی تعداد 251 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه منابع استرس داوران و رویکردهای شناختی، و در تبیین ارتباط بین متغیرهای پژوهش از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد رویکرد شناختی بر استرس داوران تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد. همچنین ابعاد رویکرد شناختی (رویکرد مثبت، رویکرد رفتاری و رویکرد منفی) به ترتیب بیشترین تأثرگذاری منفی را بر استرس در داوران فوتبال داشتند. بر این اساس مسئولین می‌بایست در ارائه راهکارها و برنامه‌های خود برای مهار، کاهش و مدیریت استرس داوران رشتۀ فوتبال روی مباحث و محتوای رویکردهای شناختی و ابعاد آن در قالب، کارگاه‌ها، کلاس‌های توجیهی، دوره‌های آموزشی متمرکز نمایند تا موجب افزایش سطح آمادگی داوران رشتۀ فوتبال برای مقابله با استرس شوند.</strong> https://spsyj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1900_9fdb62f932adf55af2c0e09e55861964.pdf
