شناسایی عوامل بروز پرخاشگری در بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال بانوان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در بروز پرخاشگری بین بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال بانوان ایران بود. برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در بروز پرخاشگری، از ابزار پژوهشگرساخته استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هفت عامل جو حاکم بر بازی، عوامل روانی و انگیزه‌های درونی، نتیجه‌گرایی، امکانات و شرایط استادیوم، گروه‌گرایی و الگوپذیری گروهی، تماشاگران و داوری، بر بروز پرخاشگری در بانوان فوتبالیست تأثیر دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان‌دهندة برازش مناسب و قابل‌قبول مدل پژوهش در این جامعة پژوهش است. در سایة یافته‌های این پژوهش، پژوهش‌های آتی می‌توانند قوت، شدت و ضعف این عوامل را در سطوح مختلف رقابت‌های بانوان مشخص کنند و در برنامه‌ریزی برای رفع، کنترل و مدیریت آن‌ها و نیز کاهش پرخاشگری مؤثر باشند و سطح عملکرد فردی و تیمی بازیکنان را بهبود بخشند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the incidence of aggression among players in the Iranian women's soccer Premier League. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to identify factors which promote aggression. The findings showed that seven factors affected the players and made them resort to aggression: 1) psychological factors, 2) internal motivations, 3) result-orientation, 4) the facilities and conditions of the stadium, 5) team-orientation, 6) group modeling, and 7) the fans and the referees’ judgment. The findings also showed that the research method was highly proportional to the statistical population. In light of the findings of this study, future studies can determine the strength, intensity and weakness of these factors at different levels of women's competitions, plan to eliminate control, manage them, have a very effective role in reducing female aggression as well as increasing and improving the individual and team performance of the players.
