چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر تمرینات یوگا بر امید به زندگی زنان بود.طرح پژوهش این تحقیق شبه آزمایشی و به صورت آزمایشی با گروه کنترل با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون اجرا گردید.نمونهگیری به صورت در دسترس و انتخاب گروه کنترل با روش همتاسازی به صورت تصادفی انجام شد. شرکتکنندگان پژوهش شامل 50 زن از شهر کرمانشاه بودند که به شکل تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. پروتکل تمرینات شامل سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه60 دقیقه فعالیت بود و مداخلات به مدت 36 جلسه اعمال گردید. به منظور سنجش میزان امید به زندگی زنان، از پرسشنامۀ امید به زندگی میلر و پاورز (1988) استفاده شد.پایایی پرسشنامه در این پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 89/0به دست آمد. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد تمرینات ورزشی یوگا بر امید به زندگی زنان مؤثر بوده است. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده آموزش یوگا را میتوان برای بالا بردن امید به زندگی در زنان به کار برد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of yoga exercises on women's life expectancy. Research design This research was a quasi-experimental study with a control group with pre-test and post-test. Sampling was done by convenience sampling and the control group was selected randomly. Participants were 50 women from Kermanshah who were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The training protocol consisted of three sessions per week and 60 minutes of activity and interventions for 36 sessions each. To measure women's life expectancy, Miller and Powers (1988) life expectancy questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.89 using Cronbach's Alpha. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance. The results showed that yoga exercise was effective on women's life expectancy. According to the results, yoga training can be used to increase life expectancy in women.
