Abstract

The present study was designed and conducted to investigate the impact of social dynamics on social capital and sports participation. The method of the present study was descriptive-analytical and was a causal method based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study included the employees of Abadan Oil Refining Company, which based on the information obtained, their number included 400 people. According to random selection and according to Morgan sample size table, 351 people were identified as the research sample. Finally, after distributing and collecting research questionnaires, 322 questionnaires were analyzed. Data collection tools in the present study included standard questionnaires. The statistical method used in the present study included the structural equation method. SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data of the present study. The results showed that social dynamics has an effect on social capital of 0.947. The results also showed that social dynamics has an effect on sports participation of 0.948
