Abstract

سرمایه روان‌شناختی یکی از نیازهای مهم در حوزه ورزش در جهت بهبود عملکرد ورزشکاران می‌باشد. این مساله سبب گردیده است تا پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی ابعاد سرمایة روان‌شناختی در ورزش طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بود که با توجه به روش گراندد تئوری انجام شد. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بودند که برحسب انتخاب هدفمند تعداد 13 نفر از این افراد به‌عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری پژوهش حاضر، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته می‌باشد. روش آماری مورداستفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل روش کدگذاری بود. کدگذاری انجام‌شده در این پژوهش در سه بخش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گردید. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های پژوهش حاضر از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیو دی ای استفاده گردید. مطابق با نتایج پژوهش مشخص گردید که سرمایة روان‌شناختی در ورزش شامل شش بعد امید، خودگویی، خودکارآمدی، تاب‌آوری، خوش‌بینی و کنترل تنش می‌باشد. در جهت بهبود سرمایه روان‌شناختی می‌بایستی تلاش جهت بهبود ابعاد امید، خودگویی، خودکارآمدی، تاب‌آوری، خوش‌بینی و کنترل تنش گردد.
