Abstract
The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of designing a psychological empowerment model for coaches in sports based on the data theory of the foundation. The method of the present study was qualitative. The statistical population of the study included experts aware of the subject. The data collection tool in the present study was interview. According to the research results, it was found that causal conditions in the present model include competitive, individual and behavioral conditions. The results also showed that the underlying factors include educational, mental, cultural, technical, club and team factors. The results showed that the intervention factors include knowledge issues, skill issues and infrastructure issues. According to the research results, it was found that the strategies are in three areas: sports, individual and infrastructure. The results of the present study also showed that the consequences of psychological empowerment of coaches in sports include club and team consequences and behavioral consequences.
