Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of social development in professional football players in Iran. The research method was survey. The statistical population of the study includes the players of the country's premier football league, which according to estimates, the number of these people was 400 people. According to the available selection and based on Morgan table, 196 people were identified as the research sample. After distributing and collecting research questionnaires, 165 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The collection tools of the present study included the standard questionnaire of Askernia et al. (2016). The statistical method used in the present study included the structural equation method. According to the results of the research model, it was found that all factors have a significant impact on the development of social growth. Considering that the amount of t determined in all factors is higher than 1.96, it was found that all these factors had a significant presence in the social development of the research samples.
