Introduction: The aim of the current research was to investigate the structural relationships of quality of life, passion for sports and psychological well-being in the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Method: The present research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the research was all the official and contractual employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in 1402, of which 173 people were selected by available sampling. Psychological well-being questionnaires of Rief (1989), Marsh et al.'s passion for sports (2013) and Walton's quality of work life (1973) were used to collect data. Data analysis was done with the help of SPSS and AMOS statistical software, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation test. Findings: The model fitting results show that the quality of work life model with psychological well-being has a good fit with the mediating role of Passion to physical activity (P<0.05). Also, the direct effects of psychological well-being (β = 0.47, p < 0.01) and Passion to physical activity (β = 0.31, p < 0.01) on the quality of work life are significant. Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be expected that the quality of working life in sports employees will improve with the increase of psychological well-being and consistent Passion to physical activity. Based on this, it is necessary to pay attention to these variables in organizational productivity.
