چکیده

هدف از انجام مطالعۀ حاضر بررسی نقش اضطراب رقابتی و اعتمادبه‌نفس در پیش‌بینی تحلیل‌رفتگی ووشوکاران نخبه بود. طرح پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. ووشوکاران تعداد 141 پرسش‌نامه را تکمیل کردند. در این پژوهش، از نسخۀ فارسی سیاهۀ اضطراب حالتی رقابتی-دو برای اندازه‌گیری اضطراب شناختی، اضطراب جسمانی و اعتمادبه‌نفس استفاده شد. همچنین، نسخۀ فارسی پرسش‌نامۀ تحلیل‌رفتگی ورزشکار برای ارزیابی تحلیل‌رفتگی استفاده گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین اضطراب شناختی-جسمانی و اعتمادبه‌نفس با عوامل تحلیل‌رفتگی معنادار بود. به‌علاوه، تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که عوامل اضطراب رقابتی و اعتمادبه‌نفس، 32 درصد از واریانس احساس کاهش پیشرفت، 48 درصد از واریانس فرسودگی جسمی-هیجانی و 51 درصد از واریانس احساس بی‌ارزشی را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند. براساس نتایج، اعتمادبه‌نفس می‌تواند میزان تحلیل‌رفتگی را کاهش دهد؛ اما اضطراب رقابتی اثر معکوسی دارد؛ درنتیجه، برای کاهش تحلیل‌رفتگی ووشوکاران نخبه، آموزش راهبردهایی مبتنی بر افزایش اعتمادبه‌نفس و کاهش اضطراب رقابتی می‌تواند پیشنهاد شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of competitive anxiety and self-confidence in prediction of burnout of elite Wushu athletes. Research design was descriptive-correlational. 141 questionnaires were completed by Wushu athletes.In this study, The Persian version of competitive state anxiety inventory-2 was used to measure cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety and self-confidence also the Persian version of athlete burnout questionnaire was utilized to assess burnout. Data were analyzed by using multivariate regression and Pearson correlation tests. The results showed that correlation between cognitive-somatic anxiety and self-confidence with factors of burnout were significant. Also, multiple regression analysis showed that factors of competitive anxiety and self-confidence predict %32 variations of reduced sense of accomplishment, % 48 variations of emotional/ physical exhaustion and % 51 variations of depersonalization. According to the results, self-confidence can reduce burnout. But competitive anxiety has inverse influence. In conclusion, to reduce burnout of elite Wushu athletes teaching self-confidence improve orientation strategies and decrease competitive anxiety can be recommended.
