چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر توصیف محیط پرورش استعداد نوجوانان بسکتبالیست نخبه و بررسی ارتباط محیط پرورش استعداد با مهارتهای روانی بود. تعداد 29 نوجوان پسر دعوتشده به تیم ملی نوجوانان بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامة محیط پرورش استعداد مارتیندال و همکاران و پرسشنامة مهارتهای روانی امست-سه جمعآوری شد و با استفاده از آزمونهای تی تکنمونه و رگرسیون تحلیل شدند. میانگین محیط پرورش استعداد و مهارتهای روانی بیشتر از حد متوسط بهدست آمد. علاوهبراین، متغیر محیط پرورش استعداد درحد بسیار ضعیفی توان تبیین متغیر مهارتهای روانی را داشت. ارتباط ضعیف محیط پرورش استعداد با مهارتهای روانی از جنبههای مختلف تبیین شدهاست.

چکیده [English]
The aim of this research was to description the talent development environment of youth elite basketball players and its relationship with mental skills. For this purpose, 29 boys who were invited to the youth national team selected through convenience sampling. Data were measured using Talent Development Environment Questionnaire of Martindale and qualleques and OMSAT-3 Mental Skills Questionnaıre and were analyzed using a one sample T-Test and regression. The obtained means of the environment of talent development and mental skills were above average. In addition, Talent Development Environment can be explained mental skills very poor .Poor relationship between Talent Development Environment with mental skills has been explained in various aspects.
