چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی رفتارهای انحرافی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی، با روش آمیخته بود. داده‌های کیفی از مصاحبة عمیق با 17 نفر خبره جمع‌آوری شده و با فن تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. تعداد 38 کد تولیدشده در 17 خانواده، 12 خانوادة بزرگ و چهار بعد براساس نوع‌شناسی رفتارهای انحرافی رابینسون و بننت (1995) طبقه‌بندی شدند. چهار بعد شامل انحراف از تعهد حرفه‌ای، انحراف دارایی، انحراف شخصی و انحراف سیاسی بودند. در مرحلة کمی، 97 معلم تربیت‌بدنی پرسش‌نامة پژوهشگرساخته را به‌صورت آنلاین تکمیل کردند. نتایج آزمون تی یک‌نمونه‌ای در سطح خانوادة بزرگ نشان داد که نُه مورد از 12 تم، میانگین بیشتر از سه دارند و تنها سه تم میانگین کمتر از سه دارند. همچنین، وضعیت دو بعد انحراف از تعهد حرفه‌ای و انحراف دارایی درحد متوسط است و انحراف شخصی و سیاسی بالاتر از متوسط هستند. یافته‌های پژوهش می‌تواند در اقدامات اصلاحی با رفتارهای انحرافی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی کاربرد داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to identify physical education teachers’ deviant behaviors by mix method. Qualitative data were collected from 17 experts using depth interviews, that analyzed by using directed content analysis technique. The 38 generated code categorized in 17 families, 12 super family and four dimensions based on Robinson and Bennett (1995) typology of deviant workplace behavior. This four dimension was professional commitment deviance, property deviance, personal deviance and political deviance. In quantitative phase, 97 Physical education teachers completed the researcher made questionnaire with online. The result of one sample T-test in super family level showed nine themes out of 12 have mean above three and only three of the themes are less than three. Also, professional commitment deviance and property deviance were moderate, and, personal deviance and political deviance were above the average. Findings can be used in corrective actions with deviant behavior of physical education teachers.
