چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر تمرینات یوگا بر کارکردهای حرکتی کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون‌کنشی بود. شرکت‌کنندگان 26 کودک با اختلال (بین سنین شش تا 10 سال) بودند که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس، آن‌ها به‌طور تصادفی به گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به‌مدت 12 هفته در تمرینات یوگا شرکت کردند؛ درحالی‌که گروه کنترل درطول این مدت به فعالیت‌های روزانة خود پرداختند. هر دو گروه در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون شرکت کردند و بعد از چهار ماه، آزمون پیگیری را انجام دادند. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات یوگا تأثیر مثبتی بر کارکردهای حرکتی (زمان واکنش، زمان حرکت و زمان پاسخ) کودکان با اختلال دارد. همچنین، تمرینات یوگا می‌توانند برای بهبود کارکردهای حرکتی در کودکان با اختلال نارسایی توجه/ فزون‌کنشی استفاده شوند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of yoga practice on motor functions of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The participants were 26 children with the disorder (aged between six and ten years old) who were selected using the convenience sampling technique. They were then randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. The experimental group participated in yoga practice for twelve weeks while control group dealt with their daily activities during this period. Both groups participated in a pretest and posttest and after four months, they performed the follow-up test. The results showed that yoga practice had a positive effect on motor functions (reaction time, movement time and response time) in children with the disorder. The findings of this study indicated that yoga practice can be used to improve motor functions in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
