چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، مقایسة تأثیر فعالیت‌های ژیمناستیک و بازی‌های آزاد بر مهارت‌های اجتماعی و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان سه تا شش سال بود. در این پژوهش علی- مقایسه‌ای، ازبین کودکان شرکت‌کننده در کلاس‌های ژیمناستیک و بازی‌های آزاد، 200 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مقیاس رفتاری کودکان پیش‌دبستانی و مهدکودک استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با آمار توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل واریانس انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهارت‌های اجتماعی در هر دو گروه بازی‌های آزاد و ژیمناستیک تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر ندارند؛ اما گروه بازی­های آزاد مشکلات رفتاری بیشتری در دو خرده‌مقیاس خودمحوری و عصبی‌بودن نسبت به گروه ژیمناستیک دارند. این دو نوع فعالیت بدنی نقش مشابهی در کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ندارند؛ بنابراین، نیاز به یک مربی با نظارت غیرمستقیم بر بازی‌های کودکان با هدف کاهش مشکلات رفتاری آن‌ها احساس می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The main goal of this study was to compare the effect of gymnastic exercises and free play on social skills and behavior problems of children aged 3-6 years. In this causal – comparative research, 200 subjects attending gymnastics and free-play classes were selected using targeted random sampling. Data was collected using preschool and kindergarten behavior scale. Descriptive statistics and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used for data analysis. The results revealed that there was not any significant different between the two groups in terms of social skills. However, the free-play group reported more behavioral problems in two subscales of self-centeredness and nervousness. These two types of exercises do not have an identical effect on alleviating the behavioral problems of children. Thus, a trainer with indirect supervision is necessary in children’s plays to mitigate their behavioral problems.
