چکیده
باتوجه به اهمیت اثربخشی مربیان در جهت هدایت و موفقیت ورزشکاران، مدنظر قرار دادن عوامل مؤثر و مرتبط روانشناختی در این راستا میتواند مؤثر واقع گردد. از این رو، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی روابط علّی هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با اثربخشی مربیان ورزشی با در نظر داشتن نقش واسطهای خودکارآمدی است. 300 مربی ورزشی از طریق روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای و به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مقیاس هوش هیجانی- اجتماعی بار-آن (2000)، پرسشنامه هوش معنوی جامع آمرام و درایر (2007)، خودکارآمدی شرر (1982) و اثربخشی مربیگری فیلتز و همکاران (1999) را تکمیل کردند. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتوان از خودکارآمدی به عنوان نقش واسطهای جزئی در مدل مفهومی پژوهش یاد کرد. علاوه بر این هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی نیز بر اثربخشی مربیان ورزشی تأثیرگذار بودند. لذا داشتن هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی لازمۀ رسیدن به اثربخشی مطلوب است و به عنوان دو متغیر مهم میتوانند نقش مهمی در پیشبینی خودکارآمدی و اثربخشی مربیان ایفا کنند.

چکیده [English]
Considering the importance of trainers’ effectiveness in athletes’ success and guidance, noting the influential and related psychological factors in this trend can be applicable. Therefor, the aim of this study is to analyze the causal relations of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with sport trainers’ effectiveness considering intermediate role of self-efficacy. 300 sport trainers through multi stage cluster sampling are chosen randomly, and completed the emotional-social intelligence Bar-On (2000), The comprehensive spiritual intelligence Am ram Dryer (2007), the self-efficacy Sheerer (1982), and the trainers’ effectiveness of Felitz et al (1999) questionnaire. Having taken into consideration the findings of this study, self-efficacy can be reminded as a partial medium role in conceptual model of study. In addition emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are significant in trainers’ effectiveness. So, having emotional and spiritual intelligence to achieve ideal effectiveness is necessary and as two important variable can have a significant role in anticipation of trainers’ self-efficacy and effectiveness.
