چکیده

 پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر لیوان چینی بر اعتمادبه­نفس و هماهنگی دودستی دانش‌آموزان دختر انجام شد. تعداد 55 دانش‌آموز دختر 10 تا 12 ساله از مدارس شهرستان قائمشهر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورداستفاده در این پژوهش، پرسش­نامة ارزیابی اعتمادبه­نفس آیزینگ و دستگاه هماهنگی دودستی مدل 32532 ساخت شرکت لافایت بود. شرکت­کنندگان پس از انجام پیش­آزمون به دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به‌مدت 36 جلسه (سه جلسه در هفته) به انجام تمرین‌های لیوان چینی پرداختند. در پایان هفتة چهارم، هشتم و دوازدهم، اعتمادبه‌نفس و هماهنگی دودستی آن­ها همانند پیش­آزمون ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که اعتماد به‌نفس و هماهنگی دودستی گروه تحت‌مداخله در مقایسه با پیش­آزمون و گروه کنترل بهبود معناداری داشت؛ بنابراین، باید گفت که لیوان چینی ورزشی تک‌بعدی نیست که تنها مهارت­های مهم فیزیکی همانند هماهنگی بین چشم و دست را تقویت کند، بلکه اعتمادبه­نفس را نیز تقویت خواهد کرد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sport stacking on self-confidence and bimanual coordination of female students. 55 female students from 10 to 12 years old were randomly selected from schools in Qaemshahr. The tool used in this study was the Eysenck self-confidence questionnaire and the bimanual coordination system of the 32532 model developed by Lafayette company. Participants were divided into control and examination groups after pre-test. The examination group spent 36 sessions on the sport stacking exercises. At the end of the fourth, eighth and twelfth weeks, their self-confidence and bimanual coordination were evaluated as the pre-test. The results showed a significant improvement in self-confidence and bimanual coordination of the intervention group compared with pre-test and control group. Therefore, sport stacking is not a one-dimensional sport, which will only reinforce important physical skills such as coordination between the eyes and hands, but also self-confidence.
