چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی راهبردهای نیروی کار احساسی بر قصد ترک شغل مربیان ورزشی با میانجی­گری متغیر تحلیل رفتگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، کلیۀ مربیان ورزشی فعال در سطح استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند که به صورت هدفمند 301 نفر از بین آن­ها به عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شد. برای جمع­آوری اطلاعات کار احساسی از پرسش­نامه­های برادریج و لی (2002) و دیفندورف و همکاران (2005) برای متغیر تحلیل رفتگی مربیان از پرسش­نامۀ محقق ساخته و برای ارزیابی قصد ترک شغل مربیان نیز از پرسش­نامۀ میر و همکاران (1993) استفاده شد. همچنین، روایی و پایایی تمامی پرسش­نامه­ها بررسی و تأیید شد. نتایج به ‌دست‌ آمده از پژوهش نشان داد بازیگری سطحی به‌ صورت مثبت و مستقیم بر تحلیل رفتگی مربیان و به‌ صورت غیرمستقیم بر قصد ترک شغل مربیان تأثیر معنا­دار دارد. بازیگری عمیق نیز به‌ صورت منفی و مستقیم بر تحلیل رفتگی و به‌ صورت غیرمستقیم بر قصد ترک شغل مربیان تأثیرگذار بود اما مؤلفه بیان واقعی تأثیری به‌ صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر تحلیل رفتگی و قصد ترک شغل مربیان نداشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Role of emotional Labor Strategies on the Turnover intention of sport coaches with the mediation of the burnout. The statistical population of the study consisted of all active sports coaches in East Azarbaijan province and 301 of them were selected purposefully. The Brotheridge and Lee (2002) and Diefendorff et al (2005) questionnaires, were used to collect emotional Labor information and Researcher made questionnaire was used for coach burnout. The Meyer et al (1993) questionnaire were used to assess coaches' intention to quit. Also, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The results showed that surface acting has a significant positive effect on the coaches Burnout and has indirect effect on the coach’s turnover intention. Deep acting also had a negative and direct impact on Burnout and indirect effect on the coach’s turnover intention. However, the genuine expression had no direct or indirect effect on burnout and turnover intention.
