اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس بر اضطراب رقابتی و استحکام روانی نوجوانان کشتی‌گیر

چکیده

مشکلات روان‌شناسی از جمله اضطراب رقابتی و استحکام روانی پایین برای عملکرد ورزشکاران مشکلات زیادی ایجاد می‌کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش ذهن‌ آگاهی مبتنی بر کاهش استرس (ام.بی.اس.آر) بر اضطراب رقابتی و استحکام روانی نوجوانان کشتی‌گیر بود. روش تحقیق نیمه‌ آزمایشی (پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل) بود. در این پژوهش، 36 نوجوان کشتی‌گیر دارای اضطراب رقابتی بالا که نمره پایین در استحکام روانی داشتند، به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون از پرسش‌نامه اضطراب رقابتی و پرسش‌نامۀ استحکام روانی 48 (ام.تی.کیو-48) استفاده شد. برای گروه آزمایش ام.بی.اس.آر به مدت 8 جلسه اعمال شد. برای تجزیه‌ وتحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (مانوا) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ام.بی.اس.آر بر کاهش اضطراب رقابتی و افزایش اعتماد به‌ نفس ورزشی و استحکام روانی کشتی‌گیران تأثیر معنا‌دار داشته است. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، استفاده از آموزش ام.بی.اس.آر برای کاهش اضطراب رقابتی، افزایش اعتماد به‌ نفس ورزشی و استحکام روانی نوجوانان کشتی‌گیر پیشنهاد می ­شود.

چکیده [English]

Psychological problems such as anxiety and mental toughness can cause many issues for the athlete’s performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) on competitive anxiety and mental toughness in wrestler adolescents. The research method was quasi-experimental (pretest-posttest with the control group). In this research, 36 Wrestler Adolescents with High competitive anxiety who had low mental toughness scores in Malayer, Iran were randomly assigned in the experimental and control groups. Competitive Anxiety Scale and Mental Toughness Questionnaire were used for collecting the data in pre-test and post-test. MBSR training in 8 sessions was trained for the experimental group. Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) was used for analyzing the data. Results indicated that MBSR had been meaningfully affected on decreasing the competitive anxiety and increasing the self-confidence and mental toughness in wrestler adolescents. According to results, using MBSR is recommended for reducing the competitive anxiety and increasing the self-confidence and mental toughness in wrestler adolescents
