چکیده

اهمیت منزلت اجتماعی در تمامی مشاغل از جمله در میان معلمان تربیت ­بدنی مهم و ضروری است. این مسأله سبب گردیده است تا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر منزلت اجتماعی معلمان تربیت­ بدنی کشور ایران با استفاده از مدل­سازی ساختاری تفسیری طراحی و اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع، پژوهش­ های توصیفی-همبستگی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام گردید. جامعة آماری پژوهش را اساتید دانشگاهی، دبیران تربیت­بدنی و مدیران تربیت ­بدنی آموزش و پرورش آگاه به حوزۀ پژوهش تشکیل دادند. تعداد 34 نفر به عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش بر حسب انتخاب گلوله ­برفی مشخص شدند. ابزار پژوهش حاضر پرسش­نامۀ محقق­ ساخته بود. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر 15 عامل مؤثر بر بهبود منزلت اجتماعی معلمان تربیت­ بدنی شناسایی گردید که این عوامل در شش سطح تقسیم ­بندی شدند.

چکیده [English]

The importance of social status in all occupations, including among educators, was essential. This issue has led to the present study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the social status of physical education teachers in Iran through structural interpretation modeling. The present study was descriptive-correlational research that as Field was done. The statistical society of the present study consisted of university professors, physical education teachers and educators in the field of research. According to the bullet selection, 34 people were identified as the sample of the study. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire. The results of this study showed that 15 factors affecting the improvement of social status of teachers were identified. These factors were classified into six levels.
