چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر پویایی اجتماعی بر سرمایة اجتماعی و مشارکت ورزشی کارکنان طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و از روش علی و مبتنی بر مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعة آماری شامل کارکنان شرکت پالایش نفت آبادان بود که بر اساس اطلاعات کسبشده تعداد آنان 400 نفر بود. برحسب انتخاب تصادفی و با توجه به جدول حجم نمونه مورگان تعداد 351 نفر به عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. در نهایت پس از پخش و جمعآوری پرسشنامههای پژوهش، تعداد 322 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر، شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد بود. روش آماری مورد استفاده در پژوهش حاضر شامل روش معادلات ساختاری بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای پژوهش حاضر از نرمافزار اس پی اس اس و پی ال اس استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد پویایی اجتماعی بر سرمایة اجتماعی تأثیری به میزان 947/0 دارد. نتایج پژوهش همچنین نشان داد پویایی اجتماعی بر مشارکت ورزشی تأثیری به میزان 948/0 دارد.

The present study was designed and conducted to investigate the impact of social dynamics on social capital and sports participation. The method of the present study was descriptive-analytical and was a causal method based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study included the employees of Abadan Oil Refining Company, which based on the information obtained, their number included 400 people. According to random selection and according to Morgan sample size table, 351 people were identified as the research sample. Finally, after distributing and collecting research questionnaires, 322 questionnaires were analyzed. Data collection tools in the present study included standard questionnaires. The statistical method used in the present study included the structural equation method. SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data of the present study. The results showed that social dynamics has an effect on social capital of 0.947. The results also showed that social dynamics has an effect on sports participation of 0.948
