چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین الگوی تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی با تکیه بر ارزش‌های اجتماعی بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی-تحلیلی به‌صورت پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دبیران تخصصی تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی بودند. نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان 384 نفر بود که به روش خوشه ای-تصادفی انتخاب شدند. بر اساس اهداف از پرسش­نامه تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی و پرسش­نامه ارزش‌های اجتماعی جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ارزش‌های اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های آن بر تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. علی­رغم عوامل متعددی که بر تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی تأثیر می‌گذارند، متغیرهای مسئولیت‌پذیری، عدالت و انصاف و همدردی با دیگران از مسیر اخلاق حرفه‌ای می‌گذرند و هر چه دبیران تربیت‌بدنی حساسیت بیشتر به اخلاق حرفه‌ای داشته باشند، بهتر می‌توانند تصمیم‌های اخلاقی بگیرند

چکیده [English]

he purpose of this study is to Designing Model Ethical decision-making of Physical Education Teachers of East Azarbaijan Province on Social Values. This is an applied, descriptive- analytical and Survey study. The he statistical population of the study was all physical education teachers in East Azerbaijan province. According to Kregsi and Morgan table, a sample of 384 was selected using Random-cluster sampling. The data were collected by ethical decision-making Questionnaire and social values ​​questionnaire. The results showed that social values ​​and its components have a positive and significant effect on the moral decision of physical education teachers. Despite the many factors that influence ethical decision making, the variables of responsibility, justice, fairness, and empathy with others go through professional ethics, and the more sensitive physical education teachers are to professional ethics, the better they can make ethical decisions.
