چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل زمینهای و مداخلهگر بهکارگیری ابعاد روانشناختی و فرهنگی در مدیریت استعداد در ورزش بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد بود. نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 17 نفر از مدیران و معاونان، اساتید دانشگاه و کارشناسان مسئول سازمانهای ورزشی بود که این افراد به روش نمونهگیری سهمیهای به شکل گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته بود. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد عوامل زمینهای در خصوص مدیریت استعداد شامل فرهنگ، یادگیری، روانشناختی و استقلال است. عوامل مداخله در پژوهش حاضر شامل محیطی، بستری، حیاتی و فردی و بین فردی بود. به عبارتی توجه به عوامل شناساییشده در سیاستگذاریها و برنامهریزیهای موجود در سازمانهای ورزشی ایران میتواند ضمن رفع محدودیتها در این حوزه زمینه بهکارگیری مدیریت استعداد را فراهم نماید. توجه به این عوامل در جهت بهبود برنامهریزی در سازمانهای ورزشی ایران امری مهم و کلیدی در جهت بهکارگیری مدیریت استعداد است.

چکیده [English]
The aim of the present study was to investigate the contextual and intervening factors of using psychological and cultural dimensions in talent management in sports. The present study was methodologically a qualitative grounded theory research. The statistical sample of the present study included 17 managers and deputies, university professors and experts in charge of sports organizations who were selected by quota sampling in the form of snowballs. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The results of the present study showed that the contextual factors regarding talent management include culture, learning, psychology and autonomy. Intervention factors in the present study included environmental, infrastructural, vital and interpersonal and intrapersonal. In other words, paying attention to the identified factors in the policies and planning in the Iranian sports organizations can provide a basis for the use of talent management while removing restrictions in this area. Paying attention to these factors in order to improve planning in the Iranian sports organizations is an important and key issue in applying talent management.
