چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل استعدادیابی در ورزش دانش‌آموزی با تأکید بر عوامل روان‌شناختی می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. در بخش اول (کیفی) برای انجام مصاحبة میدانی، جامعة آماری پژوهش، معلمان ورزش باسابقه، اساتید دانشگاهی و محققین حوزة استعدادیابی در ورزش دانش‌آموزی و روان‌شناسان ورزشی بودند که این افراد، به‌صورت هدفمند (از نوع معیاری) برای مصاحبه‌های کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردیدند (12 مصاحبه تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت). در بخش دوم (کمی) بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، اقدام به ساخت پرسشنامه نموده و این پرسشنامه (30 گویه و در قالب دو مؤلفه‌های روانی و ویژگی‌های فردی) در بین معلمان ورزش شهر کرمانشاه توزیع گردید. نتایج نشان داد که 30 کد مفهومی و دو مقولة اصلی(فاکتورهای فردی و ویژگی‌های روانی)، از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های مدل استعدادیابی در ورزش دانش‌آموزی با تأکید بر عوامل روان‌شناختی می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to design a talent identification model in student sports with emphasis on psychological factors. The present study was descriptive-survey in terms of applied purpose in terms of data collection method. In the first (qualitative) part for field interviews, the statistical population of the research, veteran sports teachers, university professors and researchers in the field of talent identification in sports were students and sports psychologists who were purposeful (standard) for qualitative interviews. In the research topic were selected (12 interviews with 12 people and continued to the point of theoretical saturation). In the second (quantitative) part, after collecting the information obtained from the qualitative research, a questionnaire was made and this questionnaire (30 items in the form of two components of psychological factors and individual characteristics) was distributed among sports teachers in Kermanshah. The results showed that 30 concept codes and two (Psychological factors & Individual characteristics) main categories are the most important indicators of the talent identification model in student sports with emphasis on psychological factors.
