چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مطالعة توسعة رشد اجتماعی در بازیکنان حرفهای فوتبال ایران بود. روش پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل بازیکنان لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور بود که براساس برآوردها تعداد این افراد شامل 400 نفر بود. برحسب انتخاب دردسترس و جدول مورگان تعداد 196 نفر بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش مشخص شدند. پس از توزیع و جمعآوری پرسشنامههای پژوهش، تعداد 165 پرسشنامه جمعآوری و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری پژوهش حاضر شامل پرسشنامة استاندارد عسکرنیا و همکاران (2020) بود. روش آماری مورد استفاده شامل روش معادلات ساختاری بود. مطابق با نتایج الگوی پژوهش مشخص شد تمامی عوامل تاثیر معناداری بر توسعة رشد اجتماعی دارند. با توجه به اینکه میزان تی مشخص شده در تمامی عوامل بالاتر از 96/1 میباشد، لذا این عوامل تاثیر معناداری در رشد اجتماعی نمونههای پژوهش داشتند.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of social development in professional football players in Iran. The research method was survey. The statistical population of the study includes the players of the country's premier football league, which according to estimates, the number of these people was 400 people. According to the available selection and based on Morgan table, 196 people were identified as the research sample. After distributing and collecting research questionnaires, 165 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The collection tools of the present study included the standard questionnaire of Askernia et al. (2016). The statistical method used in the present study included the structural equation method. According to the results of the research model, it was found that all factors have a significant impact on the development of social growth. Considering that the amount of t determined in all factors is higher than 1.96, it was found that all these factors had a significant presence in the social development of the research samples.
