چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل نقش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و ارزش‌های فرهنگی بر بهره‌وری ورزشکاران رشتة کاراته طراحی و اجرا گردید. جامعة آماری شامل ورزشکاران رشتة کاراته در شهر اصفهان بودند که برحسب انتخاب در دسترس تعداد 365 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه مشخص شدند. در نهایت پس از پخش و جمع‌آوری پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش، تعداد 341 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامة استاندارد بود. مطابق با نتایج پژوهش مشخص گردید که ارزش‌های فرهنگی بر بهره‌وری ورزشکاران رشتة کاراته دارای تأثیری به میزان 323/0 دارد که با توجه به میزان تی که 896/5 می‌باشد، مشخص گردید که ارزش‌های فرهنگی بر بهره‌وری ورزشکاران رشتة کاراته تأثیرگذار می‌باشد. مطابق با نتایج پژوهش مشخص گردید که بهزیستی روان‌شناختی بر بهره‌وری ورزشکاران رشتة کاراته دارای تأثیری به میزان 682/0 دارد که با توجه به میزان تی که 854/11 می‌باشد، مشخص گردید که بهزیستی روان‌شناختی بر بهره‌وری ورزشکاران رشتة کاراته تأثیرگذار می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was designed and conducted to present a model of the role of psychological well-being and cultural values on the productivity of karate athletes. The statistical population included karate athletes in Isfahan, who were selected as a sample according to the available selection of 365 people. Finally, after distributing and collecting research questionnaires, 341 questionnaires were analyzed. Data collection tools included a standard questionnaire. According to the results of the study, it was found that cultural values have an effect on the productivity of karate athletes in the amount of 0.323, which according to the amount of t, which is 5.896, it was found that cultural values on the productivity of karate athletes It is effective. According to the results of the study, it was found that psychological well-being has an effect on the productivity of karate athletes in the amount of 0.682. It is effective.
