چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر عدم توانایی در بازپرداخت بدهی‌ها بر انگیزش، استحکام ذهنی، تعهد حرفه‌ای و عملکرد ورزشکاران در باشگاه‌های فوتبال طراحی و اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی می‌باشد که از منظر هدف، جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی می‌باشد که به صورت میدانی انجام گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش گرد‌آوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی‌‌ورزشکاران در باشگاه‌های فوتبال ایران می‌باشد که اطلاعات دقیقی در خصوص تعداد این افراد دردسترس نمی‌باشد. بر اساس فرمول حجم نمونة کوکران در شرایط نامشخص بودن حجم جامعه، تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونة پژوهش مشخص شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش‌نامه بود. نتایج نشان داد عدم توانایی در بازپرداخت بدهی‌ها بر انگیزش، استحکام ذهنی، تعهد حرفه‌ای و عملکرد ورزشکاران در باشگاه‌های فوتبال تاثیر معناداری در جهت منفی وجود دارد. به عبارتی عدم توانایی در بازپرداخت بدهی‌ها سبب بروز مشکلات رفتاری و نگرشی در میان ورزشکاران باشگاه‌های فوتبال شده است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of inability to repay debts on motivation, mental strength, professional commitment and performance of athletes in football clubs. The present research is a descriptive research that from the perspective of purpose is one of the applied research that was conducted in the field. The method of the present study is a survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study includes all athletes in Iranian football clubs, but accurate information about the number of these people is not available. Based on the Cochran sample size formula in the uncertainty of the population size, 384 people were identified as the research sample. Data collection tool included a questionnaire. The results showed that the inability to repay debts has a significant negative effect on motivation, mental strength, professional commitment and performance of athletes in football clubs. In other words, the inability to repay debts has caused behavioral and attitude problems among athletes in football clubs.
