چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبیین مدل ابعاد اجتماعی موثر بر توسعه روانشناسی سیاسی در ورزش بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه متخصصین و خبرگان حوزه روانشناسی، حوزه علوم سیاسی، خبرگان حوزه جامعه‌شناسی و مدیریت ورزشی، ارکان ورزش (وزارت ورزش، مدیران، مربیان، ورزشکاران و داوران ورزشی) و اساتید و محققین دانشگاهی که در حوزه تخصصی روانشناسی سیاسی ورزش فعالیت داشتند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش هدفمند دردسترس انتخاب شدند (375 نفر). جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد و روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران (9 نفر)، تائید شد. همچنین پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (91/0) و پایایی ترکیبی محاسبه شد. جهت تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی برازش مدل از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار PLS3-SPSS24 استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد راهبردها بر پیامدها با مقدار (761/0) بیشترین تاثیر و شرایط علی بر پدیده اصلی با مقدار (313/0)، شرایط زمینه‌ای بر پدیده اصلی با مقدار (760/0)، پدیده اصلی بر راهبردها با مقدار (519/0) و شرایط مداخله‌گر بر پدیده اصلی با مقدار (449/0)، دارای نقش مستقیم و معنی‌داری در تبیین مدل ابعاد اجتماعی موثر بر توسعه روانشناسی سیاسی در ورزش بودند. به‌طور‌کلی، بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که توجه به عوامل اجتماعی، مهارت‌های روانشناسی و توانمندسازی مهارت‌های ادراکی و مهارت مدیران سیاسی - ورزشی می‌تواند به پیامدهای مطلوب ابعاد اجتماعی موثر بر توسعه‌ای روانشناسی سیاسی ورزش در ایران بیانجامد.

The purpose of this research was to explain the model of social dimensions effective on the development of political psychology in sports. The current research is descriptive-correlational in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population of the research is all specialists and experts in the field of psychology, the field of political science, experts in the field of Sociology and sports management, sports bodies (Ministry of Sports, managers, trainers, athletes and sports referees) and University professors and researchers who worked in the specialized field of sports political psychology. The statistical sample was selected using the available targeted method (375 people). A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and the face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts (9 people). Also, its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test (0.91) and composite reliability. To analyze the data and check the fit of the model, structural equation modeling was used in PLS3-SPSS24 software. The results showed that the dimensions of the strategies had the greatest impact on the consequences with the value (0.761) and the causal conditions on the main phenomenon with the value (0.313), the background conditions on the main phenomenon with the value (0.760), The main phenomenon on strategies with a value of (0.519) and the intervening conditions on the main phenomenon with a value of (0.449) had a direct and significant role in explaining the model, social dimensions were effective on the development of political psychology in sports.
