برآورد سهم نسبی شادمانی از طرح‌واره‌های‌ ناسازگار اولیه در دبیران تربیت‌بدنی شهر اصفهان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، برآورد سهم نسبی شادمانی از طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در دبیران تربیت‌بدنی شهر اصفهان می‌باشد که به روش توصیفی ـ هم‌بستگی انجام شده است. ‌جامعة آماری شامل کلیۀ دبیران تربیت‌بدنی 3 دورۀ تحصیلی آموزش و پرورش شهر اصفهان در سال 1392 (تعداد 559 نفر) بود. حجم نمونة آماری از طریق جدول کرجیس و مورگان (1970) 226 نفر محاسبه شد. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم جامعة آماری بود. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسش نامه طرح‌واره‌های  ناسازگار و شادمانی بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی، تحلیل رگرسیون) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که هم‌بستگی منفی و معناداری بین طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه با شادمانی دبیران تربیت‌بدنی شهر اصفهان وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت که وجود طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار در دبیران تربیت‌بدنی می‌تواند باعث کاهش شادمانی در آن‌ها شود که این مهم می‌تواند تأثیر نامطلوبی بر عملکرد دبیران رفتار‌های آیندۀ آن‌ها داشته باشد. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون نشان داد که طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه می‌توانند پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های خوبی برای شادی در دبیران تربیت‌بدنی باشند و 20 درصد شادی را تحت‌تأثیر قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study is to estimate the relative ratio of happiness of early maladaptive schemas in physical education teachers in Isfahan, which is done by a descriptive correlational method. The population includes all teachers of physical education (559 persons), who were attended in three course of physical education in Isfahan in 2013. The volume of sample calculated through the Krjys and Morgan chart (1970) is 226 persons. The method of random sampling is commensurate with the size of the population. In order to collect data we used maladaptive schemas and happiness questionnaire. To analyze data, descriptive statistics (Mean and Standard Deviation) and inferential statistics (Correlation Coefficient, Regression) are applied. The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between early maladaptive schemas and happiness of physical education teachers in Isfahan. According to the results, Maladaptive Schemas in physical education teachers can reduce their happiness, that consequently this can have a negative impact on the performance of teachers in their future behavior. Also, the results come from regression showed that early maladaptive schemas can be good predictors for happiness in the physical education teachers and affect 20 percent of the happiness of physical education teachers.
