ویژگی های روان سنجی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سواد بدنی کودکان (PL-C Quest)

چکیده
هدف: هدف از این مطالعه، ترجمه و بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسش نامه سواد بدنی کودکان 10 تا 12 سال بود.
مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش‌های توسعه‌ای با هدف کاربردی در حوزه روان‌شناسی ورزشی است. جامعه اماری شامل دانش اموزان پایه چهارم، پنجم و ششم 5 مدرسه ابتدایی شهرستان اشکذر بود که از میان ان ها 270 دانش اموز دختر و پسر (135پسر و 135 دختر) در رده سنی 10-12 به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی و روایی همگرا از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و جهت بررسی پایایی، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. جهت بررسی روایی همگرا از معیار میانگین واریانس استخراج شده استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: شاخص KMO برابر ۰٫۹۴۸ و آزمون کرویت بارتلت معنی‌دار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p). تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی چهار عامل با مقادیر ویژه بالاتر از یک استخراج کرد که با ابعاد بدنی، روانی، اجتماعی و شناختی مطابقت داشت. بارهای عاملی همه گویه‌ها بالاتر از ۰٫۴ بود. تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نیز مدل چهاربعدی را تأیید کرد (۹۲۶/۰=CFI، ۹۲/۰=TLI، ۰۵۶/۰=RMSEA). ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای ابعاد بدنی (۹۲۹/۰)، روانی (۸۹۶/۰)، اجتماعی (۸۴۷/۰)، شناختی (۸۴۹/۰) و نمره کل (۹۵۲/۰) به‌دست آمد که همگی بالاتر از ۰٫۷ مطلوب بودند. پایایی ترکیبی نیز در همه ابعاد بالاتر از ۰٫۷ بود. شاخص AVE در همه ابعاد بالاتر از ۰٫۵ به‌دست آمد که حاکی از روایی همگرای قابل قبول است. همبستگی بین نمره کل سواد بدنی با ابعاد آن بین ۰٫۳۴۹ تا ۰٫۸۸۱ و در سطح ۰٫۰۰۱ معنی‌دار بود.
نتیجه گیری: نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه سواد بدنی کودکان (PL-C Quest) برای سنجش سواد بدنی کودکان ۱۰ تا ۱۲ سال ایرانی ابزاری روا، پایا و مناسب است و می‌تواند در پژوهش‌ها، برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی و مداخلات تربیت بدنی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Objective: The aim of this study was to translate and evaluate the validity and reliability of the Persian version of the Physical Literacy in Children Questionnaire (PL-C Quest) among Iranian students aged 10–12 years.

Methods: This developmental study had an applied purpose in the field of sports psychology. The statistical population consisted of fourth, fifth, and sixth-grade students from five elementary schools in Ashkezar County, from which 270 students (135 boys and 135 girls) were selected using convenience sampling. The translation process followed a standard protocol (translation, back-translation, and reconciliation). Construct validity was assessed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Convergent validity was examined using Pearson's correlation coefficient and the Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability.

Results: The KMO value was 0.948, and Bartlett's test of sphericity was significant (p < 0.001). Exploratory factor analysis extracted four factors with eigenvalues greater than one, corresponding to the physical, psychological, social, and cognitive dimensions. All factor loadings were above 0.4. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the four-dimensional model (CFI = 0.926, TLI = 0.92, RMSEA = 0.056). Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the physical (0.929), psychological (0.896), social (0.847), cognitive (0.849), and total score (0.952) were all above the acceptable threshold of 0.7. Composite reliability was also above 0.7 for all dimensions. The AVE values exceeded 0.5 for all dimensions, indicating acceptable convergent validity. Correlations between the total physical literacy score and its dimensions ranged from 0.349 to 0.881, all significant at p < 0.001.

Conclusion: The Persian version of the Physical Literacy in Children Questionnaire (PL-C Quest) is a valid, reliable, and appropriate tool for assessing physical literacy in Iranian children aged 10–12 years. It can be used in research, educational planning, and physical education interventions.
