الگوی ساختاری رابطه رفتار عادلانه معلم تربیت بدنی با مشارکت ورزشی: نقش واسطه‌ای خودکارآمدی و شایستگی ادراک شده

چکیده
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط ساختاری بین رفتار عادلانه معلم تربیت بدنی با خودکارآمدی، شایستگی بدنی ادراک شده و مشارکت ورزشی دانش آموزان نوجوان طراحی شد.
مواد و روش­ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی به روش معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جامعه آماری کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهر تهران بودند. حجم نمونه شامل 384 نفر (192 پسر و 192 دختر با دامنه سنی 16 الی 18 سال) بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از مقیاس رفتار عادلانه معلمان، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی برای کودکان، پرسشنامه خودتوصیفی بدنی و پرسشنامه مشارکت در کلاس تربیت بدنی برای اندازه گیری متغیرهای پژوهش و از روش معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری AMOS برای تحلیل آماری استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که ارتباط مثبت و معنادار ساختاری بین خودکارآمدی (44/0=β)، شایستگی بدنی (39/0=β) و مشارکت ورزشی (25/0=β) با رفتارهای عادلانه معلم تربیت بدنی وجود داشت. علاوه بر این، ارتباط مثبت و معناداری نیز بین خودکارآمدی (38/0=β) و شایستگی بدنی (30/0=β) با مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان مشاهده شد. همچنین، خودکارآمدی (16/0=β) و شایستگی بدنی (11/0=β) به‌طور معناداری رابطه بین رفتارهای عادلانه معلم تربیت بدنی و مشارکت ورزشی را میانجی‌گری کردند.
نتیجه ­گیری: معلمان تربیت بدنی با رفتارهای عدالت‌محور قوی، می‌توانند مشارکت دانش‌آموزان را در کلاس‌های تربیت بدنی افزایش دهند. لذا، ضروری است که معلمان تربیت بدنی به رفتارهای حمایتی و عدالت‌محور توجه کنند تا انگیزه و مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان را بهبود بخشند.

Structural Model of the Relationship between Physical Education Teacher’s Fairness Behavior and Sports Participation: The Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy and Perceived Competence

چکیده English

This research aimed to explore the structural relationships between the fairness behavior of physical education teachers and factors such as self-efficacy, perceived physical competence, and sports participation among adolescent students. Utilizing a correlational design, the study employed structural equation modeling to analyze data collected from a sample of 384 high school students in Tehran. Various instruments, including the Teachers' Fairness Behavior Scale, Self-Efficacy Questionnaire for Children, Physical Self-Description Questionnaire, and Physical Education Participation Questionnaire, were utilized to assess the relevant variables. Statistical analysis was conducted using AMOS software. Results showed there were significant positive relationships between self-efficacy (β=0.44), perceived physical competence (β=0.39) and sports participation (β=0.25) with teachers' fairness behaviors. Furthermore, self-efficacy (β=0.38) and physical competence (β=0.30) were found to significantly relate to students’ sports participation. Finally, self-efficacy (β=0.16) and physical competence (β=0.11) served as mediators in the relationship between teachers' fair behaviors and sports participation. These findings suggest that physical education teachers who exhibit fair and just behaviors can enhance student engagement in physical education, highlighting the importance of fostering supportive and equitable teaching practices to boost student motivation and participation in sports.
