چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعۀ اثر تواتر خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی بر اجرای مهارت پرتاب دارت بود. 38 نفر دانشجوی پسر غیر ورزشکار به صورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش حاضر شرکت کردند. شرکت کنندگان بر اساس نمرات پیش آزمون در دو گروه خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی با تواتر یک تکرار و سه تکرار قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس برای اندازه گیری‌های تکراری 2 گروه (انگیزشی و آموزشی) × 3 شرایط آزمون (پیش آزمون، خود گویی با یک تکرار و خودگویی با سه تکرار) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی با یک تکرار بر عملکرد حرکتی پرتاب دارت اثر معنادار دارد، اما خودگویی آموزشی و انگیزشی با سه تکرار بطور معناداری باعث کاهش عملکرد حرکتی پرتاب دارت شد. نتایج مؤید این است که تواتر خودگویی بر اجرای مهارت پرتاب دارت اثر منفی دارد.

The Effect of the Frequency of Instructional and Motivational Self-Talk on performance of Dart throwing skill

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to investigating the effect of the frequency of instructional and motivational self-talk on motor performance in dart throwing skill. A number of 38 non-athlete male students volunteered to participate in the study. The subjects were assigned into either an instructional or motivational self-talk groups with one and three repetitions based on pre-test scores. To analyze the data, we use a 2 Group (instructional and motivational) ×3 Test Condition (pretest, one and three repetitions) ANOVA with repeated measures on the last factor. The results showed that instructional and motivational self-talk with one repetition exerted a significant effect on dart throwing performance. However, instructional and motivational self-talk with three repetitions significantly deteriorated dart throwing. In other words, repetitions of self-talk had a negative effect on dart throwing performance.
