چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی و مقایسه راهکارهای کنار آمدن با استرس در دانشجویان ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار رشته‌های پزشکی و غیرپزشکی کشور و ارائة راهکارهای لازم برای مقابله بهتر با استرس انجام شد. لذا پس از تقسیم‌بندی جغرافیایی دانشگاه‌های کشور به پنج منطقه، متناسب با تراکم نسبی جمعیت دانشجویی هر منطقه، پرسش‌نامه کارور بین 2000 دانشجو (1200 نفر غیرپزشکی و 800 نفر پزشکی، نیمی ورزشکار و نیمی غیر ورزشکار) توزیع و گردآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان ورزشکار و غیر ورزشکار در راهکارهای کنار آمدن با استرس اختلاف معناداری دارند. دانشجویان ورزشکار از تعداد بیشتری راهکار استفاده می‌کردند که این راهکارها در مقایسه با غیر ورزشکاران بیشتر رفتاری بودند تا شناختی. اختلاف دانشجویان پزشکی و غیرپزشکی معنادار نبود. نتایج حاضر می‌تواند دانشجویان و مسئولان امر را در برنامه‌ریزی برای آموزش و به‌کارگیری روش‌های مقابله با استرس در یک وضعیت گسترده با جزئیات کامل یاری رساند.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to identify the strategies to cope with stress of athletes and non-athletes Iranian students in medical and non-medical fields, and compare them to provide the necessary solutions. For this purpose, after the geographical breakdown of the country's universities to five regions, the Carver questionnaire were distributed among 2,000 students (1,200 non-medical and 800 medical, half of them were athletes and half of them were non-athletes). Results showed that there were significant differences in the strategies to cope with stress between athletes and non-athletes students. Athletic students have used a greater number of strategies to deal with stress that these strategies In comparison with non-athletes were more cognitive behavior. The difference between medical and non-medical students was not significant.
