چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعۀ رابطۀ کمالگرایی ورزشی و انگیزۀ پیشرفت با موفقیت ورزشی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمامی ورزشکاران شرکتکننده در لیگ برتر کبدی بود که به صورت تصادفی 144 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. نتایج آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشانداد بین کمالگرایی مثبت و انگیزۀ پیشرفت با موفقیت ورزشی همبستگی به صورت مثبت معنادار و بین ابعاد منفی کمالگرایی و موفقیت ورزشی همبستگی به صورت منفی معنادار میباشد. آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون نشانداد که کمالگرایی میزان 51 و انگیزۀ پیشرفت 48 درصد از تغییرات موفقیت ورزشی را تبیین میکند. در نهایت میتوان گفت به منظور دستیابی به موفقیت، همواره ورزشکار نیازمند به حفظ سطح مطلوبی از کمالگرایی بوده و انگیزۀ لازم میتواند به عنوان یک نیروی پیشبرنده در جهت دستیابی به اوج عملکرد مثمر ثمر باشد.

The Study of the Relationship between Sport Perfectionism and Achievement Motivation with Sport Success: A Case Study Kabaddi Athletes
چکیده [English]
The present research aims at studying the relationship between sport perfectionism and achievement motivation with sport success. The population includes all athletes participating in 1-st Division League of Kabaddi, from which 144 people were selected as sample. This was a survey, descriptive research. Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression analysis were applied simultaneously for data analysis. The result of correlation test indicates that there is a significant positive correlations between positive perfectionism and achievement motivation with sport success, and there were significant negative correlation between negative dimensions of perfectionism and sport success. The regression analysis also showed that perfectionism explained 51% and achievement motivation explained 48% of variance in sport success. Finally, it can be said that motivation as a progressive force can be effective in achieving high performance, and she athlete always needs to maintain proper levels of perfectionism.
