چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تأثیر عشق به ورزش بر رضایت­مندی داوطلبان رویدادهای ورزشی طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بود و به روش میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه نیروهای داوطلب شرکت­کننده در تورنمت دوچرخه­سواری دور آذربایجان بودند که تعداد آنان 50 نفر بود. به دلیل پایین بودن حجم جامعه آماری، بر اساس روش نمونه­ گیری تمام شمار، تمامی جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه پژوهش مشخص گردید. در نهایت، تعداد 43 پرسش­نامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد عشق به ورزش بر رضایت­مندی داوطلبان رویدادهای ورزشی تأثیر معناداری دارد. این مسئله بیانگر این مهم است که عشق به ورزش سبب بهبود و ارتقاء رضایت­مندی داوطلبان رویدادهای ورزشی می­گردد. از این­رو جهت بهبود رضایت­مندی داوطلبان رویدادهای ورزشی می ­بایستی عشق به ورزش در میان داوطلبان را بهبود داد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted to investigate the role of love of sport on volunteers' satisfaction with sporting events. The research method was descriptive-analytical, which was done by the field method. Statistical population of the study was consisted of all the volunteers participating in the Azerbaijan Cycling Tournament, which included 50 people. All the statistical population was identified as the research sample due to low volume of the statistical population, based on the integer sampling method. Finally, 43 collected questionnaires were analyzed. Results of this study showed that, love of sport has a significant effect on satisfaction of volunteers with sporting events indicating that love of sport improves satisfaction with volunteerism in sporting events.Therefore, to improve satisfaction of the volunteers, sporting events should be enhanced by fostering love of sport among the volunteers.
