چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مشارکت در ورزش همگانی بر سالم زیستی دانشجویان طراحی و اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر از جمله پژوهش ­های پیمایشی بود. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در پژوهش حاضر به صورت میدانی بود. پژوهش حاضر از جمله پژوهش ­های کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان دانشگاه­ های استان فارس شامل دانشگاه­ های دولتی، آزاد، پیام نور استان فارس بود که در فعالیت­ های ورزش همگانی فعالیت منظم دارند. به منظور تحلیل داده­های پژوهش حاضر از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد مشارکت در ورزش همگانی بر سالم زیستی دانشجویان تأثیر معناداری دارد. بدین منظور بهبود مشارکت در ورزش همگانی سبب بهبود سالم زیستی دانشجویان می­ گردد.

چکیده [English]

The present study was designed and conducted to investigate the effect of participation in public sports on students' biological health. The present study was one of the survey researches. The method of data collection in the present study was field. The present study was one of the applied researches. The statistical population included students of Fars province universities including public, free and Payame Noor universities in Fars province. These students include students who are regularly involved in public sports activities. In order to analyze the data of the present study, the structural equation method was used. The results of the present study showed that participation in public sports has a significant effect on students' biological health. To this end, improving participation in public sports leads to a healthy improvement in students' lives
