چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین تاب آوری و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ورزشکاران رشته‌های انفرادی با نقش میانجی استرس ادراک شده بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را ورزشکاران زن رشته‌های ورزشی تکواندو و کاراته در سطح قهرمانی و سطح تیم‌های ملی و عنوان داران کشوری در مقاطع جوانان و نوجوانان تشکیل می‌دادند. تعداد نمونه 594 نفر و روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان‌شناختی ریف (2002) پرسشنامه استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن (1983) و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری کانر- دیویدسون (2003) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد رابطه مثبت معناداری بین تاب‌آوری و استرس ادراک‌شده با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و همچنین بین استرس ادراک‌شده و تاب‌آوری وجود داشت(مقدار T-Value بیشتر از 96/1 می‌باشد). با توجه به این یافته‌ها، لازم است مربیان و ورزشکاران به نقش تاب آوری در ابعاد گوناگون شخصیت ورزشکاران در ارتقای سلامت روانشناختی و عملکرد ورزشی توجه بیشتری داشته باشند.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to Investigating the
relationship between resilience and psychological well-being of individual athletes with the mediating role of perceived stress. The statistical population of this study consisted of female athletes in Taekwondo and Karate at the championship level and at the level of national teams and national titles in the youth and adolescents. The sample size was 594 and the sampling method was stratified random. Data collection tools included Reef Psychological Welfare Questionnaire (2002), Cohen Perceived Stress Questionnaire (1983) and Connor-Davidson (2003) Resilience Questionnaire. Structural equations were used to analyze the data using PLS software. The results of this study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between resilience and perceived stress with psychological well-being and also positive relationship between perceived stress and resilience. According to these findings, coaches and athletes need to pay more attention to the role of resilience in various aspects of athletes' personality in promoting mental health and athletic performance.
