چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر فعالیت بدنی بر میزان اضطراب ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا و عملکرد شناختی دختران نوجوان بود. پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی – پس رویدادی است و شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به‌صورت آنلاین و از طریق پرسشنامه بود. 232 دانش آموز دختر 13 تا 15 ساله با استفاده از پرسشنامه میزان فعالیت بدنی در دوران قرنطینه کرونا، به دو گروه فعال و غیرفعال تقسیم‌بندی شدند (هرگروه 116 نفر). هر دو گروه، پرسشنامه آنلاین مقیاس اضطراب کرونا را به صورت مجازی تکمیل کردند و تکلیف استروپ آنلاین نسخه فارسی را انجام دادند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون یو-من ویتنی و آزمون تی مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد اضطراب ناشی از شیوع ویروس کرونا در هر دو مولفه علائم روانی و بدنی، در دختران فعال کمتر از دختران غیر فعال بود. همچنین در عملکرد شناختی که نمره تداخل و زمان واکنش تداخل تکلیف استروپ در نظر گرفته شد؛ عملکرد شناختی گروه فعال نسبت به گروه غیر فعال در تکلیف استروپ بهتر بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، شرکت در فعالیت‌های منظم با شدت متوسط در ایام کرونا، راهکار کارآمدی در پیشگیری از اختلالات شناختی و روانی همچون، اضطراب ناشی از شیوع کرونا بویژه برای نوجوانان بود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of physical activity on anxiety due to coronavirus outbreak and cognitive function in adolescent girls. The current research is applied and descriptive- ex post facto research and data collection was online and through a questionnaire. 232 female students (13 to 15 years old) were divided into active and non-active groups (n=116 in each group) Using a physical activity questionnaire in Corona quarantine. Both groups completed the online Corona Anxiety Scale and online stroop task (Persian version). Whitney U-Mann and independent t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that psychological and physical symptoms of anxiety caused by the outbreak of coronavirus in active girls were significantly less than inactive girls. Also in the cognitive function, where the interference score and the interference reaction time of the Stroop task were considered; it was found that the cognitive function of the active group was better than the inactive group. According to the results of the study, participating in regular activities with moderate intensity during corona outbreak was an effective way to prevent cognitive and mental disorders such as anxiety caused by corona virus, especially for adolescents.
